dang it, yea i went back and read the rest of the posts on the 1st page and about 3/4ths of the way down there is a teeny tiny little sentence that states its for gsn only.

waste of my time. see what happens when you cant stop flashing.

also another reason i dont venture over to xda, i always mess up my phone over there. i honestly dont know why everything is easier to read over here. there seems to be more going on over there with roms and such, but everytime i feel daring over there, i screw something up.

i was on my way to bed an hour and a half ago and thought, hey. . . ill check it out at xda first. now im waiting on a super slow download of the same rom that i just came from.

Thats strange I never had any problems with windows7, try to see if u have the newer windows mobile device center 6.1 drvupdate.

Yep 100% fully updated windows 7 ulitmate 64 bit and a fully updated windows 7 ulitmate 32bit witht he latest drivers.. Don't get me wrong it works 98% of the time.. I have ran into problems 2 times (I flash a lot = the 2%) where half way through the writting process (~24% done once and ~ 68% done the second time) it stops and comes up with an error message.. No worries as it doesn't brick it AT ALL, it just gets stuck on the bootloader.. Once it would NOT flash (tried 6 times) until I flashed the stock ROM back to the device (stock flashed the first time).. Then all was well.. I still use the two win7 PC's to flash but I have never ever had any issues with the XP PC or flashing from the SD card (just takes so f--king long to do)

Not sure what happened, but even after I got it working it was super slow and unusable. I redownloaded the ROM (same byte count so probably not the issue) and then did the flash dance and reflashed from Windows. This time it was perfect. Beautiful! Fast, smooth. Awesome!

Don't know what happened during the first flash but goes to show you that it usually isn't the rom. Just the flash.

I have two problems, the main one is that when I use wi-fi router, the phone goes to sleep and disconnects, is there any way I can fix this, and I don't want to mess with the power settings because that will drain my battery fast, is there a way I can make it work and leave the phone on sleep mode?
Another big issue is that the phone keeps freezing up, like it has been overclocked and froze up, that is a big problem too, can anyone tell me how to fix this?

gokuman56.. look into task29 or flashdance.. this should fix your locking up issues.. Now as for the wifi router I'm not sure how you can fix that issue.. On a side not I have not been able to connect to my wifi at home with WPA sec. even when I'm right next to it.. It doesn't even shoe me the wifi in the list when another device (and this one has before) works perfectly on my wifi.. Weird is all I can say.. Ever sense I tried the wifi router on the phone to share my wifi with a buddy it has never worked right sense then..
