Yeah, it changes it to look like the older WM style plain list, which works. And is honestly faster anyway. Thanks again for that. Still would love to get a CAB version to remove those registries for simplification of automating it. Oh yeah, since it's been a while since using sense 2.5 roms (current 21895 mar10 s2.5 is pretty great, works, and is agreeably quick!!), what is the way to backup/restore the hometab favorite's again? (since i will probably be using S2.5 roms from here on.)

YES YES YES, if you are using SPRINT CDMA TOUCH PRO, my previous post should work for you for MMS and the contacts issue, also find attached on this post the fix for the SIM card error. Once again, I HAVE THE SPRINT VERSION OF THE TOUCH PRO, I have tested these cabs and edits and they worked for me. THESE ARE NOT MY CABS/FIXES, these are just things I have found in an effort to get my TP working 100% with this ROM

DJDAFREUND: Dude, try to use MyPhone cooked into the rom, go to START-TOOLS-Microsoft My Phone. if you dont have a Windows live account... make one, its free... this will store EVERYTHING, even pictures/emails/etc... you choose what you want to sync. set it up once, and there it is... flash away over and over, sign in, everything re-syncs to your phone. AND ITS NOT ROM SPECIFIC!!! you can always download it from the MARKETPLACE...


PS... and yes, once it syncs your info, it does automatically place your contacts in the contacts tab, with the pictures you had and everything...

Umm, I have been using MyPhone since the 1st version already, but my question was what to use to backup/restore your Favorite items on the sense 2.5 home tab. (IE- MyPhone DOES NOT do this.) I am referring to the ones of course where when you flip up on the home tab to display your choice of favorite's (using co0kie tab editor to tailor things afterward), being that 2.1 has a Program Tab, and sense2.5 removed it in favor of the favorite's section on the Main Tab.

I used to use SPB backup but that was back in my APACHE days... unsure now...

No biggie, i figured there might have been some misunderstanding to my question, that's why i elaborated a little better. Yeah, the program folder util for 2.1 worked great, but i don't think anyone has made something similar for s2.5 yet. There's gotta be 'somewhere' it's storing the links made. Or maybe Co0kie might included that function in a newer version (hopes).

Does anyone else use an SSH client? I haven't tried this rom but every rom for the past 3 months with the exception of the Feb 16th doesn't show my text in a terminal. Thoughts?

What SSH client do you use? The only one I've ever found was pocketPUTTY, but it doesn't seem like it's been developed in quite a while...
