Its not that lanscape isn't working, its that it is not available for our phone based on the ROM that is being used to create NRG ROM. The ROM that NRG is using comes from the HTC Leo which is a device that lacks a phsical keyboard to the code is not even written into the ROM for one.
Until another WM 6.5.1 Manila 2.5 ROM becomes available that can be scaled to VGA, we have to live with some of its limitations. Currently, its simply not available.
Thats not to say we won't eventually get it though...we will, sooner or later. This ROM has come a long way in just a few days. Give it some tome to cook and it will get better.

Word still works fine in landscape, and messaging can be set up as the old Windows Messaging by running the Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging cab. You'll have to click "All Messages" from the messaging tab, but the landscape functionality will be there. Basically, most all programs have landscape support, just your Manilla screens don't (exept photos & music by rotating).

Ok... so I realize there is no landscape. Could someone please verify that means that if I'm in manila writing a text and I open the keyboard it will not switch to landscape? just want to make sure that's what is being talked about and not just switching to landscape on the home screen which is not supported in the approved carrier rom. Thanks.

Wow.. a lot of drama over a damn ROM. Calm down guys... If you REALLY dont like the newer releases, just use something else or an older EnergyROM. It's really that easy
