GPS issues: There's been something going on with alot of Touch Pro and Diamond user's GPS stop functioning about two days ago, including mine. Flashing a different radio got mine working again. why is the Battery and everything Different on the top on the Oct 25 Release Standard?

Ok, I'm a complete noob here, and forgive me if I missed on my searches. I have 2 issues with the latest build.

1. The shift key doesn't work. I think this may have already been mentioned.
2. When I use portrait mode (hardware keyboard) I have to touch the text box each time before I start typing, otherwise it starts going through my contacts and switches to the dialer view.

Has anyone else seen my second issue?

I am having the same Problems with the OCT 28 Build. SO i went to Oct 25 Build and now my top icons are different and I hope the dialer works better let you know in a minute. I was missing MAD calls with the OCT 28 Release

It does look like the DCD is required for you (Altell)

I was able to receive them but could not send, when i did not have the MMS enabled on my account. BUt that might becuase USC give you free incoming everything you only pay for outgoing so they could care less about what comes to you.

Love this ROM... Fast... Runs Great... NO MMS...

I have done a lot of flashing with this and my old Titan and even my old 6700... I cannot for the life of me get MMS working on this rom. I've flash to Psyski - Works perfect... I know i've been a lurker for a long time here - and i have done a ton of reading and searching on this but i am just coming up empty handed everywhere...

Can anyone provide some guidance as to what I might be missing?

More precisely, here is what happens - when i send a MMS message, it apears to start sending, icon comes up ect. but the sending icon stays at the top, progress never makes it past 0, and it never does send. No errors at all. It will go away on a soft reset.

Settings below for server:

Gateway - blank
port - 80
server address - http://mms.vtext.com/servlet/mms (got this from the ROM that works)
WAP - 2.0

Order of what I am doing:

1) wipe
2) flash rom
3) run picturemail/arcsoft uninstall cab (soft reset)
4) run dcd verizon carrier cab (soft reset)
5) install dcd Arcsoft MMS 5.2.0.22 VGA.cab (I install this on Psyki works fine), soft reset
6) *228 (1)
7) choose verizon for server, manually adjust settings because still in correct

no worky... I know i have something wrong, i just cannot find the answer... help lol

flashed 21864 on a bell htc touch pro and it just hung at the touchpro screen. Tired a hard reset still no good. Any ideas?
