Really killing my battery quickly. Disabling it after 1 minute was my only way to really stop the continuous data running after connecting. As far as the tachi dialer with this setting I have not had any issues and I have done this tweak since I flashed the previous version of this rom. I will do a more thorough test with the dialer tomorrow, trying out all of the setting and what not and post back.
Check the following registry entry:
HKLM > COMM > ConnMgr > Planner > Settings > SuspendResume

If it is anything BUT #777 you will have issues, eventually. BTW, CacheTime of 0x3C(60) is your one minute disconnect.

Let's break these tweaks down and see what's really happening.

1. Changing the poll interval is ok but I wonder if this is the timing for the battery monitor and display of battery %. Most tweaks I've seen set this to 25000. To each his/her own.
2. The Power and Performance cab sets the following:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\AsyncMac1\Parms
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Irsir1\Parms
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\PPTP1\Parms
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\L2TP1\Parms

DisablePowerManagement to Zero (0)

The Irsir1 we don't have. (Infrared)

It also makes the following changes to the registry to boost performance:
HKLM\SYSTEM\GDI\GLYPHCACHE
<parm name="limit" value="32768" datatype="integer" />
HKLM\SYSTEM\StorageManager\FATFS
<parm name="CacheSize" value="4096" datatype="integer" />
HKLM\SYSTEM\StorageManager\Filters\fsreplxfilt
<parm name="ReplStoreCacheSize" value="4096" datatype="integer" />

Glyphcache modification may already be done. Depends on the chef.
FATFS modification is most likely already incorporated.
We don't have fsreplxfilt. I don't know the reprecussions of adding it to the registry.

So, If you install the cab you are only getting the increased Glyphcache and increased FATFS cachesize if you also change all of the DisablePowerManagement to zero (0) except the SIM.

3. Phone as Modem has two settings in the registry. AlwaysOn and Enabled. Mine is default set to AlwaysOn=0, Enabled=1. This leads me to believe that unless you tether there will be no power consumption from the device.

4. A dormant data connection consumes no power so disconnecting the data connection will actually INCREASE your power consumption by reconnecting each time the device needs it. Tested it, trust me.

5. As for the battery charging procedure. I was talking with a Sprint tech the other day and he showed me the charging board on my phone. It is separate from the rest of the boards on the phone and he DID say that there is some logic in the charging module to detect and remember the battery stats on a fully charged battery. This leads me to believe that you may be on to something with this. He wasn't happy that HTC shipped the phones with a partially charged battery and this may have caused a lot of the crappy battery performance issues on this phone. I'm gonna try this tonight.

So, here's what I recommend as OTHER battery tweaks.
INSTALL LUMOS!
The WM backlight control is lousy. Lumos is way better. You will be surprised how much better. Backlighting, as you pointed out drains the battery quicker than any other thing on the device. And, don't worry about your data being always connected.
VERY NICE! I like the break down of the tweaks I mentioned. Helps me understand more of what the tweaks do and whats really needed and not needed. All I know is that the tweaks I mentioned were the ones that I did and it is now 1230 and I am just now dropping to 50 percent on my battery. I was not too sure what was helping the battery or not helping. I just did as much as i could to prolong the life. And as far as setting the poll interval to 30000 I noticed that the battery seems more accurate and cool. Where as 5000 was making my phone really hot without even using it. 20000 made my phone warm without using it. 25000 was very decent but I could feel a little heat in my pocket when not using but not much, almost to none but felt some, and 30000 has been almost ice cold with the phone just sitting in my pocket. I guess like you say it is to his/her own. I just prefer 30000 just for the simple fact that the phone is very cold when not in use unlike the other intervals that made my phone heat up. The data disconnect was because when I would do something like a prl update or just something as simple as checking my facebook, when I would disconnect from the page, the data would stay running. I would check the notifications tab and I would see data still running. 12 minutes one time and I was highly upset because my battery that was once at 93 percent was down to 79 percent within minutes. That was the reason for the disconnect after 1 min. If there is another way to stop the data from running continuously without disconnecting it after a period of time would be greatly appreciated.

Also Im downloading and installing LUMOS! I will see how much this will help out the already prolonged battery life! Thanks!

Very simple. You open start-utilities-tweaks-regedit-(drop down)HKLM-(drop down)Drivers-(drop down)Built IN-double click battery-scroll down until you see poll interval and double click it. hit the decimal circle and change to 30000.

Ya know, I am just curious, We keep raising the Battery Poll, I wonder how far we can go before we cook the phone? lol. Has anyone tried lets say 50000? (I would, but I paid to damn much for my phone to kill it.)

Re: |HERM|ROM|6.5|WWE| ** EnergyROM 'Genesis' (23016) ** | Built Sep 20th | Manila 2

With all the tweaks I did. My purpose was to try and cut down on the use of as many programs as I could. I honestly feel that the 1 percent increments is a battery drainer. It just seems that it has to run constantly in order to keep the correct poll interval. I could be wrong tho. I just felt that the less programs running and the less polling the battery does the longer the battery life will last.

Also off the subject. How do you post screen shots of your phone? I would REEEALLY like to show my aesthetic tweaks I have done. My phone looks so good. I sometimes just turn it on...scroll my finger from home to programs and back, admiring the swiftness of Energy's hard work along with my good taste in phone tweak fashion and then turn my phone back off. I love it. And how do I add a picture to my profile?

LMAO!! Very true. I have inquired about this myself, but like you I have paid too much for my phone and have grown to love it like my own child. Not really but you get the picture. lol. If anybody is daring enough to try and report back with the results would be cool. If not.....we all understand, otherwise we would have already done it.

Yeeees!! the phone was very loud to me as well. What I did was search and search and search until I finally came across MightyMikes Stock Audio cab and it worked wonders. The phone is still loud enough to hear in those very loud environments, but then not too loud that everyone can hear your conversation. lol. Very funny. I even tried setting all my initial volumes to 0 and it was still like speaker phone blasting when I was in call, but the cab mentioned worked for me. If anyone has something better please post.
