I downloaded and flash just finished. I have the "Your device is getting ready to boot" screen... will update shortly.

Yea, I'll have to agree with NRGZ post right below me. Just went past the screen alignment and it's doing the setup right now. No issues. Sprint TP.

That might be because you run a verizon TP. It's a well known fact verizon TPs are TPs on menopause... they too damn unpredictable with custom ROMs. lol

No problems with flash or setup here. Besides manually entering bootloader, have you tried both SD and USB flash methods?

You may just have to wait until the dust settles a bit, and watch the thread to see if any more reports come in like yours...

I am flashing a different rom to test, on ething I noticed that in the upgrade utility it didnt not show the old rom name from the upgrading from screen

Flashing Demolitions right now and its loading up so maybe its a problem on VZW phones?

What would be different from your last release NRG?

I originally flashed thru the usb but since I could not get into activesync after I had to go into the boot loader manually.

Demolitions just loaded fine so I will try coping the image of the rom to my phone and flashing from the card, will report back

So on first boot after flash it was a nice long boot up sound with cmy's new loading/waiting icon. After the rom finished setup and it rebooted I got the choppy sound with the windows loading logo that plagued the 072209 build. I'm assuming the fix that was posted for it will fix it again.

Hey, just wondering.. I put background on all tabs, messed up the clock , I know there's a fix for that, But with that fix it takes my call history on today screen back away, any way to fix the clock and keep call history on the screen.?

On 7/22 build, I had to run dcd_Sprint_Carrier_20090704.cab. Is it necessary for 7/27 or not? Also which one of these cabs if any should I run for OTA sprint updates:

SprintDM_DMClientApp_ProdSetting_v0.9.914.CAB or Sprint_OMC_v0.9.917.CAB

Someone please advise.

You're assuming right. Are you sure you didnt restore some backups or something ? I cant think of any reason the old startup and gif would come back...
