Is that somethign new? And why is it new?

Im telling you... Ive used this exact tone with every rom before, including the stock sprint rom.

Is there a setting or something i can do to change the functionality back?

i have noticed the same thing. in my experience its only certain websites though most load up fine but there are a few, that i frequent, that everytime i try to goto the opera crashes

I am wondering is its just Opera or a conflict with the ROM...
Might try installing my own copy of Opera and see if that does fix the issues. The sites it keeps booting me off of never gave me trouble before.

I'm not sure then. When I was on the previous build unchecking the Time Sync fixed the problem for me. I could go into Worl Clocks no problem and set alarms. With the new build I found that to get my calender appointments in sync I had to go through WinMo Clocks&Alarms to adjust. I think the issue is that Work Clocks and WinMo Clocks&Alarms are battling for control of the time. It just a matter of time before it gets worked out.

Did you include the "phone as a modem" hacks in you ROM so you can tether your phone to your computer, and Sprint still thinks it's using the DATA mode?

/probably not, since your ROM isn't Sprint specific... but thought I'd ask.

No thats the odd thing just normal sites, like my online banking, news etc...

Is there no way to change the wallpaper on the today screen? when i check use this wallpaper and select one i want to use, it stil shows the energy wallpaper on today. Even if I chage the theme, energy wallpaper stays
