I'm not sure then. When I was on the previous build unchecking the Time Sync fixed the problem for me. I could go into Worl Clocks no problem and set alarms. With the new build I found that to get my calender appointments in sync I had to go through WinMo Clocks&Alarms to adjust. I think the issue is that Work Clocks and WinMo Clocks&Alarms are battling for control of the time. It just a matter of time before it gets worked out.
