That sounds suspiciously like a 23037 ROM. Volume keys perform like that on the 23037 builds.

Is this your first ROM or did you have another custom ROM installed before this one?

I'm sticking to my guns...a stock flash might get you back on your feet. Hard resets in between each flash.

Definately my first ROM. I guess I could go all the way back to stock. Sucks to reconfig again after doing it all last night lol

Definitely sucks...I've been there, but it seems to work like a charm, especially when you notice little weird bugs that no one else has. Look into Sashimi for backing up your device settings for future flashes too.

My suspicion is that whenever we flash a ROM with a major build change - WM6.1 to 6.5 or Manila 2.0 to 2.1, etc. that we're running a higher risk for bugs and whatnot that might call for a "stock flash" procedure. ...but that's a stretch guess. Some folks are definitely lucky and never have issues, but it's a trend I've noticed.

PM me if it doesn't work out. ...don't forget all of the hard resets in between and after.

I call it the stock ROM disco lol. The buttons are working now that I'm trying to determine the cause. If it keeps it up I'll do the disco and let you know

Ohhh the dreads of the flashing lifestyle. I would recomend setting up the UC or Sashimi ASAP! Sure if you get a ROM like this you won't have to use the UC except for on initial flash UNLESS you have some issues like your self and need to try to reflash. I always go through the process ThreeFaces mentions. Flash to Stock, hard reset, flash to new, hard reset. I even hard reset again right after the last hard reset. Then hit the Sashimi and you are done brother. No more taking time installing cabs ad soft resettig for two hours after flashing.

I have had no issues except the World Clock thinking my custom city (1 only) is 7 hours behind than the time zone it is in and that it keeps reverting back to......... I did however flash the way I mentioned above, and have since reflashed to verify. I can't get this ironed out. SO I'm gonna try a few things my energy brothers have mentioned. If those don't work, heck I just have to remember to click the world clock, change the city, and then go to my calender if I want weather with my apts. I had never even realy got into it until I noticed the talk here so now I have a issue to work on, first one in nearly a month!

Went with Resco Contact Manager.
It adds even more Facebook features.
Adds the ability to read Facebook messages like an sms and also shows all uploaded Facebook photos to set as phone contact photo.
Nice looks that go well with this rom.

Did you set your timezone in START-SETTINGS-Clocks & Alarms? You have to set your city in World Clock and then set your timezone and time in Clocks and Alarms. Maybe that will help? Otherwise, I'm at a loss.
