well i am pretty sure its it i downloaded it when i read the post you could always go back and find it and check to see if i am correct 99.9% sure the word tf3dretratoslide might mean it retracts after slid not sure thou i will do a search and get back to ya thanks

the key is the device has to be off. if the power is on the key combo will not work, power off device,

pres and hold enter and vol down then press and hold power till it asks you to press vol up to hard reset.

so i just hit "wipe device" and all is well

Try to push all the buttons not so hard I had the same problem in the begining but after that it works.
