Have you tried flashing to stock/hard reset/flash Energy/2,yes,2 hard resets/soft reset?
2 hard resets followed by a soft has worked for me without issue. I made some Manilla mods and ran into trouble. Following the flash to stock first, etc has cleared up my issues and I'm running fine. I know the thread is ginormus but the answers are in here.
Good luck.
EDIT:I need to give proper credit to Threefaces for this install method. All those new to this ROM or to flashing should check out the guides in his sig.

my send and end keys are intermittent. when attempting to answer a call, my send keys works 30% of the time. also the end key to hangup a call is the same, anyone else notice this and is there a fix?

Can someone tell me their settings with the In-call tweak? I don't believe mine is working right. It's either that or the dynamic clock app(the screen not waking up)

All the in-call settings are by default.
Try to make a call and face down and you will see it's working.
Clock?

Clock?
Dynamic clock is an app that underclocks the phone. It's not working right(in-call) When I pull the phone away from my face, it's suppose to turn the screen on again(did this in a previous ROM) It does not do this anymore, it actually doesn't turn on at all after the call is connected. Makes it hard for me when trying to input a credit card number or something that requires me to type in numbers during a call.

Here's a thread to the dynamic clock, interesting reading:

Yes I am.

There's a few minor issues with the message tab in both portrait and landscape modes with this Manila 2.1 port. I've made some corrections och fixed these issues:

Portrait mode:
* Messages are now cropped properly instead of continuing behind the tabs
* Messages is now correctly positioned
* The MMS (attachment) icon is now correctly positioned
* "No messages" is now centered

Landscape:
* Messages are now cropped properly instead of continuing behind the tabs
* Message position is now correct
* The arrows in landscape mode is correctly positioned
* "No messages" is now centered
* The animation when flickering trough messages is now correct; instead of the earlier diagonal behavior the message animation is top-bottom and/or bottom-top depending on scrolling direction

I'm attaching the fix in two formats, for use with your preferences:
1) a CAB file for auto-installation

Thanks to Sibbor for this fix!
