will install 8/9 and try it out and provide comments. just finished installing the stock rom ( takes forever to customize). What were the suggested procedures for a clean install again after reflashing to stock installing and "wipe clean" then start again??

Some body flashed the 8/09?

Try to make a call form your coantacts TF3D in lanscape mode then back to Portait mode and try again to make a call and please tell me the results.

d/l'ed and flashed from link above and find that when in landscape, i choose the phone icon, phone dials and connects however, while keyboard is out, phone reverts back to portrait with text jumbled together unreadable.

what are you getting?

another issue i have found is that when i tether, the option screen pops up to choose, sync, folder or connection share. after choosing connection share, the next screens comes up but the connection option no longer auto chooses. anyone else notice this, small but, nice creature comfort!

what are you getting?

I found when I back to Portait mode and try to make a call with the same or other favorite contac I hit in the home or mobile number and dosen't work.
And the same like you in lanscape.

after flashed custom make a hard reset again and done.

no success. soft reset twice and very slow. I tired my normal routine of cal installs and email setups, etc. and was to a point was too unbearable for me to continue. I am going back to the 8/6 reg or the 8/1 RD. Sorry not too many details but could not go further. No doubt I will flash any new roms that NRGZ28 comes out with and ultimately will work for some and not for others.

OK, apparently the entire READ ONLY flags are throwing everyone for a bigger loop than I thought they would. So here. This cab will install the program and the file will have the correct flags so you can edit your weather. If it works click thanks if not let me know what it does.



I installed this cab on my Touch Pro after i created it and it works PERFECTLY.

Go to
START > Weather Database Editor

then click
EDIT > Cities...

then
EDIT > ADD CITY

then fill out the correct information for your City and State etc
The Accuweather code for people in the US is just your zip code.

Hit OK

Go to your weather tab on your manilla and select that city and its all set.
