The discussion about hosting nrgz roms has been discussed already. DO NOT HOST HIS NEW ROMS. If you review this thread he specifically states he does not like people hosting or mirroring his new roms after he released them.

also, someone mentioned earlier about the keyboard not working after flashing. Yes, this happens everytime to me. Its not a big deal tho, just install some cabs, softreset, and your golden!!!!


+1 also to being hooked on maxsense. My brother just brought a cryphone, and while he is waiting for it in the mail, I was showing him about switching from one interface to another. I went from stock, and showed him pics, to sense 2.5, with pics, and now with maxsense on my phone. I don't really know for sure, but I don't believe that you can do that with a cryphone, lol.

It really makes it feel like I upgraded my phone. Stock was sooooo slow, sense 2.5 was a huge speed increase. And now with maxsense, its like a different phone, with different features.

Although, I am average with computer skills, and phone os, I am embarrassed to admit that I accidently deleted the start button on the phone while texting at work, and it took me 4 hours, off and on, to figure out how to get it back. Honestly, felt real dumb.
But it was on day one, so what do you expect.

Kinda along the same lines of being able to delete the recycle bin on vista. For some features you just have to ask yourself. . . . why?

yes there is, I use it all the time,,, look for disable slide out keyboard.cab.. im @ work,,, cant upload or download...

look in the forum on the paper clip for attachments to the thread...

The new rom is awesome, but every other time my phone freezes and I have to (soft) reset it, it always says "please wait while your device is starting for the first time" and I have to reload everything all over again.

Is there any way to reset the device and not have it erase everything I just did?

Never experienced that, sounds like something the Task 29 procedure would mitigate.

Your info says you have a TP2. This rom is for TP. If you have a TP +1 on joeblow789's Task29 suggestion.

I downloaded it from my phone with Opera 10. Start the download and check on it later. I know it didn't take over 30 minutes.

Task 29 is working for me. I also went back to flashing via USB. For those that don't know, after you run Task 29, you put the phone into the boot loader by pressing volume down and power, while soft resetting. It will reboot into the boot loader, load a driver in Windows, and let you use the regular USB method to flash the latest ROM of choice.

Also, I gave max sense a try. I tried to like it and ultimately I wasn't willing to put the time into getting it setup the way I liked. There is stuff everywhere and it's customizable enough to get overwhelmed. I am back on the cookie 21xxx and very happy with it.
