What I am wanting is to get the detailed aspects that SHOWACO TITANIUM WEATHER offers with the ability to have multiple cities and the fact the that the weather is updated to your current GPS locations like the weather tab does on the 4-18 ROM.

Short answer, no.
Longer answer, I searched all over and for some unknown reason 2.5 just doesn't sync pictures with outlook like 2.1 does. Apparently there is at least one dialer that will display the Facebook photo instead of the Outlook, but instead I just use BookSync every week or so. It allows you to sync Facebook pictures to Outlook on your phone.
