Alright who did it!?!?! All of the sudden, I now have thesame D-pad issue you guys are having... I reflashed just to see if I could replicate the issue and... damn! it worked, I now have the D-pad controlling my sound... Thats what I get for intentionally trying to mess up the phone... Ohh well. Im about to try JOEOZUNA4U's fix... ill post back.


Thanks JOE for sharing the cab you found man. IT WORKS!!! D-PAD and all Keyboard directional keys work as well!!! Awesome.

Just a quick question...
Installed the newest version (21898 Apr 14) and I don't really need all of the app's that are included with the rom. Is there anyway to uninstall some of the stuff that I will never use? Also, anyone know how I can change the weather to celcius?

I searched through a few pages, but with such a huge thread on this, it's hard to find any specific information. Thanks in advance!

I don't think there's a way to uninstall the pre-installed programs from the rom. Someone correct me if i'm wrong. As far as the C or F, go to your weather tab, then click menu. you'll see Celsius.

The boxes are checked. The soft keyboard word completion and spell check work fine. It's using the hard keyboard I'm having issues with.

install cab that will make you soft reset, use XDA UC, ive even heard with the new cookie home editor you can enable/disable the default lock and it makes you soft reset... seems to work too...
