I think I found the problem to Word Completion and Spell Check using the hard keyboard but I need help on how to fix it.

In HTC Settings -> Locale & Text -> Text Input. When I press Text Input it gives me a pop up that says "The file EzInputSettings cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persists try reinstalling the file."

How do I reinstall the file?

It's never worked through HTC settings. You have to go to start > settings > personal > input

I've done that and have the appropriate boxes checked. Also have them checked in Advanced Configuration. Should I not have the Advanced Configuration checked? Is it cancelling each other out? Just thinking out loud.

So far I am really loving this APR 14th cookie ROM and I've been using about every NRG ROM that comes out. It is super fast and smooth version I can really use without saying damm it would be better "if".. As a note to all I have been having mid call bluetooth fading on the past 2 months of ROMs but guess what, not any more.. I made about 15-20 calls this morning without a single dropped bluetooth. As for battery life: I flashed the phone directly via the SD card (by the way that shit takes forever compared to useing a PC), I talked just shy of two hours, browsed the web for about 20 mins, bluetooth and wifi on the whole time. Total time from 100% to dead was 4 hours but under heavy heavy use, understandable tring out a new ROM.. All in all I really like this ROM and feel we should all pony up some paypal for NRGZ28 as he really did a great job on this one (APR13 was buggy as hell explaining the next day update!!).. The only flaw is the Dpad (keyboard arrows) control the volume. There is a cab to fix this BTW. My question is there a way to fix the dpad issue and retain the volume control that was built into the rom (I dont know the name) instead of the crappy dual bar the goofs up in every program?

there is a way to fix the htc volume control but for build 21898

Bummer, so the cab fix mentioned a page back doesnt work on th 23xxx builds or is this some other way? It took me a long while to get used to using the 6.5.5 (23xxx) builds but once I did I'm not going back, lol.. If installing the cab listed a page back fixes the issue but changes the vol control app could one install it, reset, then remove it? Just an idea.. Any word on the youtube fix? Is there a new youtube app that can be installed to fix this? Personally this is now my new "backup ROM".. You know the one you flash back to when the new ones suck (GTX) or are too buggy.. lol

if you want a back up rom then try this one and install co0kie hometab yourself ... (bug free)
