I just check the registry, it's exactly like this one so I didn't make any changes

It seems like facebook is constantly trying to connect and update, even if I'm not running it. Is there some setting I need to change? This is killing my battery!

Short answer, on your own hard drive. I'm not aware of older NRG roms being officially hosted outside of the last 2-3 releases on Hotfile. It's possible if you know the exact name of a desired rom, a google search may turn it up somewhere. Alternately, if you know specifically what rom you need, someone here may be willing/able to share theirs with you.

As a note of confirmation I would like to state that my bluetooth headset has indeed dropped on several calls today on the lastest cookie rom (march 20). I have done everything possible to cure this on my end (flash dance, delete pairing, etc..). Just would like to state that this bluetooth issue is confirmed by myself..

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this has been brought up but I tried to search for it. Didn't come up with anything.

When I use the plain ol' Windows text messaging, it has a new "skin" or "look" to it, almost like it's using a bubbles-theme for the text messages. This seemed cool until I wanted to use Swipe as the keyboard input method.

The Swipe keyboard takes up 3/4's of the screen and due to the fact that the Windows messaging has a new bubble-look, you can't see any previous text messages. You can only see the keyboard and what you are currently texting. The previous text messages look jumbled together at the top.

This may seem nitpicky but when the Windows messaging was a simple line-by-line appearance, you could at least see one or two previous text messages above the Swipe keyboard and your current message. Anyone know if you can remove the bubble-type appearance of the Windows messaging?

Once again, this ROM is rocking there's just a few little changes that I'm trying to get used to.

you're not alone....my hard reset using the buttons is also not working....I've removed battery to completely power down and performed the sequence as described and ...... nothing .... just boots right into Windows mobile.

I've confirmed separately that the vol-down button and center d-pad button are both working.

Is there another way to invoke the hard reset? maybe a cab for this?

weird you guys are having issues with the hard reset. sure its tricky, but i find if i do the enter, then vol down, then do the power last it goes everytime. im gonna look around for a cab for you guys but i dont recall ever bumping into one
