if your on 2.5 i found the trick is to plug it in and it's gonna do what your saying,unplug and try again (sometimes works)if not,press disconnect and wait a few seconds and press the connect softkey,works all the time for me since i have to use it for my laptop at certain times

sounds like a bad flash... try reflashing and do the flash dance. and the problem with your contacts might be an active sync problem, i had that issue before and notice my active sinc settind where set to change my device instead of changing to my desktop. and since i had no contacts saved in my outlook at the time, it wiped all my contacts from my phone, check your settings, and it may fix your issue

i think it wasnt including because it doesnt happen all the time. it happened to me once, i reflashed and it never happened again. and that was on an older build. i do the flash dance with every flash, and it has never happened to me again.

I am having the same problem. If I can get back tot he settings and switch to titanium I am ok. It's when I try to go back to Sense that it locks. Going to flashdance and see if that helps.

I have tried to re install the rom and it also locked up again.

First time i went to bed and plugged the phone in to charge. I woke up in the morning to find that it was trying to re load the sense software (like when you first start the phone). I tried to soft rest, did not do anything. So i pulled the battery. Then it froze at the touch pro beginning screen. So i had to re install the software. 2nd time it froze on the contact screen. Did a hard reset and same thing happened. It froze at the start up screen.

2.5 has the weather clock on the home tab and has no landscape support. 2.1 is the most stable and has landscape.

hmm i did like hard resets after i flashed it and it did it...am i supposed to wait till it totally boots up to reset it or can i just do like 2 or 3 hard resets without letting it boot? sorry im new to flashing ROM's..

try flash dancing it....hard reset.....flash back to stock...hard reset again....flash custom rom....hard reset....i allways let the full reset run thru including the customization....its a time consumming event but IMO well worth it, when i flash dance i have never had any of the problems alot of other ppl are having...

hey awsome rom! one question though anyone have an idea on how I can get photo contacts pro to work with it. mainly only use it for sms ringtones for each person so if theres another way to do that without the app let me now. thx
