Hey deck, just wanted to bring something I was wondering. My bluetoot volume is real low since v209 and 300v4&v6. I noticed that I cant turn up the volume on my phone with my bluetooth when I am in a call plus when I turn up my volume up on my phone while in a call using my bluetooth it doesnt change the volume on my headset. Is this just me or is it something that needs to be addressed, I think I heard someone say something about this issue awhile back. Thanks deck, keep up the awesome work.

I don't think you would be able to use this exact rom on the TP2, because it is specifically ported for the TP1. All of the graphics and layout have been resized to fit the TP1 screen size and the TP2 is much larger.

It's just like how deck mentions in post #1 that a known bug of this rom is that the landscape notification screens aren't proportioned correctly and are off-center, it's because the landscape notification screen wasn't ported properly to fit. It would be the same if you tried to flash this particular rom (which is created for a TP1) to the TP2. You'd need a rom created specifically for the TP2.

Hey deck, thanks again. I am trying to figure out where bits a pieces of this rom come from such as the slide to lock , the screen with the apps, the touch flo. Without being too annoying on here i am just looking to find thse things out so i can do my own research and tweaks on pc geeks. i am also still getting a bad lag on my opera and I.E. Do you recommend putting more of my programs on my storage card or maybe even getting a larger one?

Well Deck, been using the latest beta without any problems. Only notice a slight skip in TF3D when first moving from one side to the other. Aside from that, all is well!

Do you have plans for a final release soon?

anyway i can get the battery icon to work on the taskbar on the upper right of the screen. it does not show and cannot find out where the setting is to show it. anyone know?

Can someone tell me what free RAM is like with any of these ROMs? I love Juicy but with the new Manila I'm nearly out of Ram all the time... I, of course, have the Verizon TP

I have been running mine for 3 days now with no soft reset and I have 93MB Free still.

EDIT: i just saw it was Verizon, I am on Sprint: Total:203.20MB In Use: 107.73MB Free:95.47

I think other Verizon users have been reporting around 35-45MB free but ONLY if the pagepool is set to 16MB. It's set to 32MB on the Sprint models because they have so much more free RAM.

I was super excited for about 5 seconds and then you said you were on Sprint! These numbers are really good now, I'm having to cut off anything in the Today Screen (Titanium or TF3d2) to use Opera. With nothing open right now I'm at 87%. Should I use the lite or the one with more programs. I'm excited this looks good. Thanks again.

You probably should use the Lite version if RAM is an issue for you. Then you can just add the apps that you want. There are 2 stuffed versions, one with sprint apps and one without. They both have lots of goodies, but it may be stuff you don't use. Currently, the latest betas 4-6 are all modeled after the stuffed rom. But v0209 has Lite, Stuffed and Stuffed-No Sprint apps versions.

1. Anybody know how to get the Calendar to default to the day view instead of month?

2. Anybody know how to change the slider icons so that they match the other htc icons? These seem to be "colorful" instead of the black and white?

The icons are from a port of manila 2.6. They are cooked into the rom. In order to change them, you'd need a cab file of the slider of the black and white icons. You may be able to search and find a theme some where on the site. Other way would be to flash beta4.

Yea the calendar default stuff is in the calendar options I beleive are where you can set what you wanted as default.

For the slider Icons, yea it's cooked into the ROM so you gotta use a ROM that doesn't have those icons. Either one of deck's previous ROMs or someone else's. Unfortunately that's how it works but I like it.

Update: Changing the page pool for the lite rom on my VZW TP makes no difference on amount of RAM.. it's consistently running 20-32 MB free. I've tried 0, 4, 16, 26 (I have no rationale why I chose these numbers)

Any thoughts as to why there's no real change?

If you use pagepool changer, and have multiple roms that you've downloaded in the same place (say your desktop), you can be changing the wrong one.

Example. Rom A, and rom B both come with pagepool changer. You ran the one that came with rom A back when you downloaded and flahsed it. Now when you use the one included with ROM B, it's pointing back to the ROM A folder when you try and point it to the file you're wanting to change the pagepool on.

Even though you have multiple copies of pagepool changer in different ROM folders, and you're running them from the ROM folder they came with, it can still point back to the last ROM file you changed with it since Windows on your computer remembers the last file that the program "pagepool chagner" opened.

It's funny that you should say that because I did do that once or twice and caught myself when I looked at what folder I was in, I don't still understand it myself and even this rom (as light as it is) isn't freeing up a ton of memory. Thanks for the input.

It's funny... I don't think anyone has posted any bugs for beta6. The only thing that has been mentioned is the "battery in the taskbar" and that isn't even a bug. It's kind of quiet...

Which means he has done an amazing job fixing everything so that everyones rom is stable and fast. Im loving it, i just wonder whats next lol i mean how can there possibly be another update? TP2 is next for me man as soon as it comes out for sprint, the only turnoff is there would be no flash?? what is up with that i use htorch for multiple uses and i love it everyone get impressed when i light up the yard with a small cell phone lol, do stuff to my car at night, all those.

yeah the no flash is really a big downgrade personally, however i figure ill go to 711 and buy a keychain light for my uses, i mean i used the hell out of it the first couple weeks, but not realy that much now a days... i totally am looking forwards to the offset keyboard and bigger screen tho... it should be nice especially for youtube and internet
