Here it is... The only thing is this version works as Compact Qwerty when in portrait mode and in Full Qwerty when in landscape mode. Hope this helps...

Well, deck said that the SsS-ROM v0119 Lite is a multi-carrier ROM, but you might wanna send him a PM to ask him for sure. So, far I've only seen ROMs specified for Sprint, Alltel, Verizon, Bell and Telus, but that doesn't mean it won't work... So, you should ask him...

ive flashed a million roms but this one is uc compatible and carrier specific. im confused because i thought it could only be one or the other, not both.. i dont wanna flash the wrong version, let customations run, and screw up my data connection. i did this the first time i flashed my titan and it was hell getting all my epst settings corrected. i currently have a uscc tp. which loaded version should i download? oh, and thanks; i wont foget to unlock my phone!!??! lol

Yay 119! I'm downloading it now. So far over the past week I've noticed that my phone works 100% fine at 100% speed until that one day when I actually use the mp3 player, then it goes all to hell until I turn the power off/on. Hopefully this is fixed in 119! :(

Good to know that. Installed v119s and installed tsowen taskbar 2.1 and now volume buttons don't work. Is there a fix? Never liked plain taskbars and would like to keep custom icons.

another issue with Opera, when typing in landscape mode with the keyboard, the screen doesnt move to show you the word so your not sure of what you type, you have to slide the screen manually!

not sure if it's Opera or something else?

FYI... my Keyboard issue is a well known issue with Sprint's TPs. i took mine to Sprint and they TRY to fix it. NO luck... now nothing works. 8-( They destroyed it. But Today I'm getting a Brand new one on Sprint's dime. Be flashing that baby tonight with 119-S. 8-)

Okay, I flashed v0119-S. It's running pretty nicely... but the Sprint Music Store app doesn't work. Keeps saying a component is missing and that it has to be restored or reinstalled. What am I missing, peeps???

Deck, after almost 1 week of use.
a) I have found Opera and IE become sluggish on their performance , I am not sure why. I have cleaned and reset the cache with no luck.

b) Certain websites like for example www.wmpoweruser.com, makes Opera shut down. I do not have that happen with an upgraded Diamond.

I was elated to read you were uploading a stripped version of you ROM and anxiously installed Sprint SsS-ROMv0119-Lite as soon as it was available. I love it, it's ran every program I've thrown at it wonderfuly well and battery life is the best I've had. But...

I've just noticed my phone no longer has any type of USB connectivity. Perhaps this build is a bit too lite?

Do you or anyone else have any suggestions for restoring USB functions without reflashing?

This really is a wonderful series of ROMs. Thank you for making it available.

When you say "no usb connectivity," are you talking about with Activesync? If so, it's because your phone has been wiped. You have to set up a new partnership. If not, I don't know. You might wanna ask one of the cooks.

I would like to first say "Thanks." This rom was very stable and quick and actually functioned correctly (119s). I used the term "was" because after a day of acting beautifully, My device just hard-reset itself. I have used other people's roms and they vary between stable but not snappy to snappy for a minute or 2 and then crash. But never had it hard-reset itself before. I really would like to continue using this rom and wondered if anyone else had it do that and any possible solutions. Thanks.](*,)

Edit: Did a hard reset amd started over. Installed one program at a time and then saved with Sprite backup. Worked beautifully all day until I used cleanRAM by HTCAddicts and then the phone Frooze for about a minute and then hard reset itself. After the reset, I Used Sprite backup to restore. It would restore but be very, very sluggish and then it would hard reset itself again. This time did not use the backup and reinstalled everything again without cleanRAM and so far so good. Will update progress.

I am having the same problem with the volume control not working with the volume control buttons. This is definitely ROM Specific Deck. I was running v0119 with no problems, and I flashed to v0119s today, and now the problem is there. Only other thing I noticed is that the touch flo doesn't work with the contact card. If you try to edit a contact, it won't let you scroll down without using the D-pad, and even then you can't get down to the ringtone or below to make changes. I have no other programs installed other then what came with the ROM. Using a sprint TP. Thanks for the help. Other then that, love your ROM. Thanks again for all of the hard work.

I've tried installing the Java before, but it's still not working. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there anyway that I can get the Sprint Music Store software in a .cab or .exe file???

I'm liking this so far but having trouble with the Facebook contact syncing. I logged in via the 'edit contact' option and chose Facebook but it just says 'No account data' no matter if I refresh or not.

Also how do I get the Facebook tab to show in TF?

Please help! I flashed my ppc6800 with success message. then on reboot. the phone turns on. goes to splash screen then on the bottom it says "No Radio" and just hangs there. removed battery and restarted several times. This is all it does.

as for the music store, let me look into this, i have no idea why it wouldnt be working, although i have never used it myself.

Note: 0119s was something i just added a bunch of oems that i had. Really, most of everything that was added in it was not tested. I am making a list now of all the problems with it and will try to resolve them as soon as possible. i am currently working on another build v0120 before i change the sys. I was trying to iron out some bugs with the new phone canvas from tachi before i upgrade the sys. Will keep every1 posted :)

The USB port on my phone works to recharge my battery, nothing else. When plugged into a pc I no longer get the Activesync/Disc Drive chooser, my phone doesn't show that it's been connected in any way at all. My PC running Vista makes an odd noise when plugged/unplugged but no screens pop up and the phone does not appear in device manager... under Linux it's recognized as a wired network adapter, complete with IP and DNS info for some other network. Linux will usually recognize my phone as a disc drive.

I assumed that some part(s) of the USB stack were somehow left out of v0119-Lite... is everyone else running this version of SsS still able to use Activesync?

Once my battery is charged I'll try flashing to another ROM (boo). If USB functions are restored I'll reflash to v0119-Lite and post my findings.

After posting the above I installed Sprint SsS-ROMv0119-S via the SD Card and the USB slot functioned flawlessly. I then reflashed to Sprint SsS-ROMv0119-Lite, again using the SD card, and once again no USB. This is IMO most probably a ROM related issue, I'm just not sure if it's intentional or not.

Is USB connectivity working for anyone running Sprint SsS-ROMv0119-Lite?

I re-downloaded SsS-ROMv0119-Lite but the file sizes are the same... I noticed an all-carriers lite version some days back, are USB functions included in that version?

Otherwise the ROM rocks...

Thank you for this rom, Its fast, and works great. I have one issue, I hope some one can help me with:

GPS: when I try to open Quick GPS, the program doesnt open. On my previous rom SSK, there was a program that i had to start to get GPS signals, then I had to change : cold start, q7500 & 4800.......Is this program available? or how do i get the signals on this rom. Thanks in advance............

thanks so much for keeping the sprint store and sprint navigator on there as i liked them so much and to many of the other roms remove them, i also liked the style of menus this way much better than the up and down as some are doing in their roms. i used to use might but his latest one is using the up and down on the main and i hate that, so i tell you i am going to be using your roms from now on you keep the original styles and yet you expand on them that what i like the most thanks keep up the good work.

After flashing and running all custumizations, hard-reset (clear storage) and let it go through the motions again. Should correct that. Hit "Thanks" if this was helpful.

Been a few days and 119 works 10x better than 118. The music player actually plays all my music, and I've only had to power cycle my phone once before my text msgs started slowing down and I think it was cause I was playing music all day.
