found a few bugs so far...

"All Settings" doesnt work.. however if i go to Start > settings, it works fine

when viewing pictures in landscape.. when i zoom, it flips the image back to portrait style. after im done zooming, it puts it back to landscape.

when using email (im configured for imap)... if im in a message and press send/receive.. it does nothing.. when i return to the folder view (that shows all the emails) and press send/receive.. it works fine.

when a call comes in.. i have to s2u to get to the call screen.. then slide to answer.. a little much if u ask me.

this has only happened once.. but i received an email.. went to s2u.. but the screen was completely black.. only thing that showed was the status bar at the top.

6.5 seems buggy as all hell.. but other than the problems above, im very satisfied.

Make sure you are using S2U2 - the latest version. It works very well and I haven't had the call problem where you have to s2u and then s2a.

That is the default sound for a message - you can change it by going to sounds and notifications and then the notifications tab, choose the type of notification you want to change and choose whatever sound you'd like (or none).

Re: *ROM* *5/25* *SsS-ROMv0118* *WM6.5(21501.5.0.70)* *Rhodium Manila* *EzInput2.0* *

garyflynn;

If you go into settings/sounds & Notifications and then go into the notification tab you should be able to change all the mayor event sounds. Just try changing the new txt msg ring type or the New email ring type. That worked for me, BUT Once you disable the "talking" ring, you can't get it back.

Good luck.

Well, count me in... I'd greatly appreciate having the compact qwerty and dialpad input options added back in the v0119 Update. PLEASE!!! I love the compact qwerty. It's so much easier to type on than the full qwerty when texting.

the locker you are using isn't really a "program" and it can't be uninstalled. if you want a reliable slide to unlock locker as bullet said you should install the latest version of a_c's S2U2. for best results when using it or if u just don't want the one you have already go to settings>lock and in one of the menus select windows classic instead of windows default. hope this helps.

No PIM will save your contacts and your emails but wont re-add your email..if you run pim before re adding your email it will say "can not find hotmail" or what ever email you use... and no it will not re input your favorites either.

Re: *ROM* *5/28* *SsS-ROMv0119* *WM6.5(21501.5.0.70)* *Rhodium Manila* *EzInput2.0* *

I have looked over all the posts and have not found a problem like I am having. I had this problem with ROMv0117 and ROMv0118. So I thought I should bring it up before I flash to v0119.

Problem
I am a service tech. I get service calls sent to my phone via email. In the body of the email is contacts name and phone number. Before when I was running Sprint's ROM, (The one that came with my phone) I was able to click on the phone number and the phone would dial the number. The phone does not do that anymore since upgrade.

What it does now.
I go into the email click on the phone number the phone brings up a screen with the phone number in a box. Verify the number is correct. Then below that I have a couple of choices.
1)Make Call
2)Send SMS
3)Save to Contacts
At the very bottom is the word Call and Cancel and the keyboard icon in the middle.

No matter what I do the phone will not call the number. If someone could help me with this that would be awesome.
It is really hard to bring up the email and then have to write down the phone number and then place the call. I know this HTC touch pro will do it. Hope with help can figure it out.

Enjoy the night
Ryoken

Re: *ROM* *5/28* *SsS-ROMv0119* *WM6.5(21501.5.0.70)* *Rhodium Manila* *EzInput2.0* *

I forgot I have one other problem. This started with v0117 upgrade from Stock Sprint ROM.

I have 2 email accounts. One is Enterprise and the other is my own personal email.

I setup the work email with no problems. I setup my private email with no problems. Both of them receive and send emails with no problem.
Not long after that my private email quits working. It sends emails to my phone and I can read them no problem. But when I go to reply to an email or send an email from my private email accout and that is a POP3 Verizon.net email account it won't send. It starts to connects, looking for changes, sending then a window comes up that says " The message(s) could not be sent. Check that you have a network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again."

I have been able to over come this only by doing a "Clear Storage" in the system folder and then adding everything back. This works for a little while maybe 2 hours or so and then quits again.

Hope someone can help with this one.

Enjoy the night and thank you all again.
Ryoken

This app lets you choose each today screen as a separate profile, and since I like the use of the Touchflo 3D2 and the WinMo 6.5 Today Plugin, I use this software to easily switch back and forth between the two.

I did find that MightyMike & LIlRico's TF3D Full Themes work with the v0118 and v0119 ROMs. They have a number of different colors to choose from and the themes cover Random Access, Menu Enhancements, Sliders, Volume Controls and Clocks. They've also provided some wallpapers, with dialer themes forthcoming.

Here's the thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=52695

I also found a Spriint Theme with the Sprint Stock Transparent Clock, which I have currently installed on my phone, because I just like the neon colors of the Sprint theme, better than the plain black, white and gray UI of the Touch Pro by ATT and Alltel. Here are the links for that as well. Hope this helps. And let me know if you find any other nice themes.

thx,

In order to get your Live Messenger back you have to re-install Windows Live. I don't have a .cab for it, but you can search the forum threads or better yet, you can go to the microsoft windows mobile website and download it for free... Here's the link: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi...s/default.mspx

The other option is to install Oz Instant Messenger, which is the software that was part of the original Sprint Stock ROM. It includes Live Messenger, AIM and Yahoo! Messenger. Here's the .cab file for that. Hope this helps...

You have to enable the Windows Default Today plug in and that should do it.

Deck--

I've flashed the new ROM and I'm testing it to see how it flows... so far, it's running well. I'm glad you added the HTC skin back to the Opera mobile. One thing I did find is that there is still no compact qwerty SIP. It's still only full qwerty and number pad.

Also, the new contact card still only calls the main number that you set for your favorites. Still, no matter what button you push (home/work, etc.), it still calls mobile... Is there a tweak that can fix this bug???

Is there a tweak that can fix this bug???

he isnt cooking in those other sips until the next build. as far as the other problem it is with tf3d2 and the developers here only have so much control over it.
