So sorry guys, I was a way for a few days and I just read and got caught up with all the action going on. I have attached the YouTube Cab that I have been using. You guys test it and see if it's working or if it's the same as the others.

Sometimes I did notice it was giving me a codec error after watching a few videos. But earlier today I was watching stargate bloopers and some new tron trailer that a friend wanted me to watch. I didn't get any errors during that. maybe if you restart the app after getting the error, it will fix it temporarily... If this doesn't work then I'm sorry for getting everyone's hopes up, it seems to have worked for me for the most part. When I claimed it working, I didn't experience any errors before that, and if I do now they seem to be rare. So I don't know, hope this helps tho.

I did notice this as well. I cannot click any links in emails or texts, I just copy and paste tho, if there's no way to fix it then it's really no big deal. If there's a fix for it then it's welcome, maybe next release.

quick update,

i have just about everything fixed and working flawlessly as of right now.
1 thing i can not figure out is where/why the links dont work in sms and email. if anybody knows of a solution, regedit, anything please let me know. ill continue to try to figure it out myself.

has a default browser be officially set? I'm assuming the os doesn't know what it's pointing to at the point of execution so it reports back null maybe?

ok peeps.. here is beta2, which shoudl be extremely close to the next release. it is the stuffed version with sprint apps. i would appreciate it if some of you could help me test, see what u can find. i have fixed just about everything i have heard of so far in the thread. alarm is now fixed 100% (thanks dcd). if you cant click on a link in sms or email, goto start/open up ie, and make it default browser. this will solve this issue temp till i add it to the release.

Everything seems to be working good so far.

I no longer get the Hands Free Activation error.
Text messages are working.
Youtube: Video playback is working but some buttons are not displaying right like the stop and play.
Calendar: I can add appointments fine.
QuickGPs: downloads fine now.
Links from emails message are fine. (only tested after setting I.E. as default.)
Owner Information shows up under start/settings/personal
Holding down the power button works fine.
I'm on alltel/Verizon so can't test the Sprint stuff.

Thanks all I can think of right now. Will let you know if I run into any issues.

Also i found this reg edit that help me phone response time get better when receiving a incoming call...if this is old sorry

hkcu/soft/microsoft/today/bubble.<----delete the entry pertaining to an image.(1st entry)
hkcu/soft/microsoft/today/toast.<---delete the first entry(references a image)

This will stop the annoying pop up bubble that stalls the call. He*l, your phone will even ring quicker without sitting there for 30 seconds and thinking about ringing...
