pp, i personally have been running mine at 32, but users are more then welcome to change it to what ever they feel most comfortable at.

No, I understand that having pp at 32 makes the system run better, but I'm asking should I change the pp before or after I flash?

Hey tgmuhammad, does this new beta have the finger friendly stuff with the massive drop down boxes like the last version did? I thought the new style looked clunky since the boxes were huge and layed out weird, and the text didn't fit properly in them (it was way too small). Deck said these changes were part of the new sys, so I may be forever using my current rom. It (along with the keyboard annoyance) sent me back to the 0203 stuffed since it had like zero issues.

And have you had any issues with adding appointments in calendar, or the weird keyboard stuff?

I haven't flashed the new beta yet. I was trying to find out from deck what all was included in the beta. I don't know if it has the same issues and/or layout of the previous beta. He said this one is based off of the stuffed ROM, but doesn't have youtube.

In v0204, I am having an issue with the calendar. Sometimes, the manila calendar won't allow me to add an appointment, but after soft resetting it's fine. Then a couple hours after using my phone, I try again and again it won't allow me to add. And a soft reset again corrects it. So, It's really a small bug. It's like the manila calendar freezes. But deck has tweaked it and said it should be running fine on the new beta. He posted it for us to test.

After seeing the changes to the new sys, I'm not sure I'm ready to take the leap yet. I have a copy of the 0203 stuffed that had the black style tachi dialer if you're interested. It works perfectly (aside from contact scrolling).

I'm actually not having any issues with 204 stuffed, except for the back and forth functioning of the manila calendar. The only thing I'm missing is youtube. So, I'll probably stick with this until deck's new release or he posts an awesome beta. But thanks...

I just noticed something. Is anyone that is running 204 stuffed having a problem with the links in your emails and sms not working? When someone sends me an email with a link, I hit the link and it does absolutely nothing. Is this happening to anyone else?

Can someone that is testing the beta check and see if your email links are working and report back? At least then, deck can tweak it while the new ROM is in development...
