So here's the location and the fix:
It is located in the OEM "..\OEM\Windows Mobile Dialer" inside the RGU. Change the value inside the RGU to "65".

"BatteryIconLevels"=dword:00000065

And enjoy tsowens taskbar OEM, you'll need to manage the duplicates...

this is still a work in progress by the time I'm done with it .... it will probably be with another build or something but to answer you question it won't be until maybe the end of the month

Also this is a heads up in my 6preview ROM I updated HTC Album to 3.0 it functions alot differently then the old HTC Album .... this is how it is and will be

+1 on the functionality difference... i have seen some complaints about the zooming change... no biggie to me especially considering the trade off is better scaling and file management

UPDATE - you have really this ROM preview dialed in... install was smooth and seemless... havent experienced any lag (video isnt choppy)... also loving the new soft keyboard and opera version

one small negative... it does chew up some program memory (60%)... looks like the page pool is around 16mb so i am assuming there is some sort of memory hog on board...

i normally dont play around with others ROMs, but this time i made an exception and it was a good exception to make...

I encountered this once with an early pre-release of 6.5, after searching for a while I found a modded Imgfsfromdump.exe on xda that allows for larger ROMs. It was part of a Raphael ROM Kitchen, you can download the kitchen and just take the one file from it. Hope this helps someone

This may be unrelated but one time I modified my kitchen and caused autorun to NOT run which had the side-effect of not resetting after first booting. The phone acted allll sorts of crazy with finger scrolling only working in some places, softkeys not working, task manager not running until I soft-reset. Even then some things just weren't working right, I don't understand it. Point is, even if you don't install anything with Autorun you might as well keep it just so it can reset the device. Won't take but a second to run.
