That is an excellent, excellent question! I have been meaning to look into other uses for SSMaHo for some time now, I don't see why it couldn't be used to do all sorts of cool things. Are you familiar with how SSMaHo is configured? It's not difficult to map g-alarm but it could be tricky the 'reply' feature as it takes several screen taps to perform the task you mentioned and it doesn't link directly to an executable like g-alarm. If I have some time I will look into that

I understand MusicID has been classified as warez by ppcgeeks staff so I will not be including that program in any of my roms. You're on your own!

Re: [ROM] [May 12] <!--PsykiROM v3--!> Fast Rhodium Manila [21046 WM6.1] [UC]

i got a bug i need for u to fix. im pretty sure its been around since v1 but dont think its been mentioned.

bug: when i tap an icon on my taskbar (lets say the speaker to change the volume) the system status screen opens with the lrger icons making selection easy...well when i click the speaker icon from there it doesn't work, it just takes me to the new notifications screen and won't allow me to change the volume.

problem: why dont i just use the side volume buttons on the phone? well i do when i can but after i use tcpmp they dont work because i have those 2 volume buttons mapped to skip tracks forward or backwards and when i exit tcpmp the 2 keys wont work until i soft-reset (this is really a tcpmp problem so i dont thinks its ur problem but if u know a fix for that too it would be awesome!)

I had a different rom that the calendar was NOT linked to the tf3d2 calender link. First of course I had to select the manila2.exe, then I had to enter this into the command line --switchtopage calendar.page

I also mapped right soft key by using this command --switchtopage programs.page

My only problem is I don't know the "address" to the messeging interface.

If you use ssmaho to select the "all people" link it will show you this

manilla://people/browserlayer/peopleAll.page
that may give you a hint on how to find the address for the messaging tab.

Thanx for taking the time to look at it. That is as much as I know about it, hopefully I helped a little....

That's definitely an odd combination of bugs, I've been trying to fix the large title bar mod (that shows the huge icon buttons) and it seems to work better in 6.5 for some reason... Also you can always change the volume by going to the settings tab and tapping 'Sound'.

That's a good start and after thinking about it I definitely have some ideas for where to look. Although after using the TF3D2 messaging interface a lot more I would almost prefer the opposite! I would rather have it so that when I tapped a message from the 'Messages' tab it opened up the normal threaded message interface. The TF3D2 messaging interface is great when you want to look up threads for a specific contact but it's not the most efficient for quick and dirty messaging.

Re: [ROM] [May 12] <!--PsykiROM v3--!> Fast Rhodium Manila [21046 WM6.1] [UC]

Question regarding battery life. For those of you who have tried a lot of the different roms out there can you tell which have better or worse battery life? I was always under the impression that rhodium in general consumed battery life faster but I am curious. I really don't have time to flash tons of roms but I bet that two identical roms side-by-side, except one rhodium and one tf3d1, the tf3d1 rom would last longer.

Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks!

Do you get a notification you have received a message at all? On my phone when I get a picmail the date is incorrect so the message is always at the very bottom of 'All Messages'.
