Here's a weird one - when entering a calendar appointment using the onscreen full keyboard, I have no spacebar - it reverts to the .com / / option but there is no actual button there. Anyone else notice this?

well Mr. PSYKI, i'm back, after messing with silence roms, and every so forth trying to find a decent rhodium rom i had to come back to your rom cuz its the most stablest, glad to see psshut is back to my power button

i still dont like those new taskbar buttons so i installed this(attached) and it looks great! like v2.1 but v3 speed!!

anyway, keep up the good work and I look forward to the first release of the PSYLENCE rom!!

Yeah the v3 icons were an experiment... I liked them a lot especially the battery icon when I first started using them but I think I prefer tsowen v3 as well. That is what I used in v1 and v2.

Playing with the latest 6.5 builds now

firstly great rom. think this is the best by far.
question. on the bottom of the main screen there's a "file explorer" button. is there a way i can remap to it'll open total commander rather than the native explorer?

trying to get worldcard to work as well and i've installed the cab but i can't get it to work. anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Sure, go to HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila and change these keys:
"HomeLSKPath"=path to total commander executable
"HomeLSTText"=The text you want displayed for the softkey

I'm not sure about worldcard, I've never played with it.. What kind of error message are you getting?

That's the ringer Jason Statham has in the movie 'Crank'. I had it as my ringer for a long time and decided to include it in the ROM on a whim, hehe.

What do you guys think for future roms?

EZ Input 2 (v2.1 and v3)? Finger keyboard (v2)? Original EZ Input 1.x (v1)?

Lite and loaded versions released simultaneously? Or in the middle as I've been doing?

Any other color requests? I have included 4 complete manila theme overhauls but hardly anyone has commented on them. Blue is enabled by default but there is also ruby, smoke, and green. Silence used my smoke theme in one of his roms.

Any other major changes you'd like to see?

well........ since your taking requests...

1. I'd say stick with the latest htc ez input 2 (ya i was a fan of the original ez input and i even asked u about it a few days ago, but after playing with silence roms yesterday i found that i grew quite attached to ez2 from your roms lol)

2. Lite and Loaded would be cool (personally I would just always install the fully loaded one but I'm sure theres people that would like a lite version)

3. I acted like a n00b when I played with the themes, didn't really know if I had to open them in my settings>today> or launch the cab, ended up running the smoke cab and soft reseted and viola, its just like silence rhodium rom running your theme, I love it the best! the blue is classic psyki and I have that running on my wifes TP since blue is her favorite color, as for requests, I would have to ask for maybe a black or white? maybe make them smoke? and I don't know if its possible but maybe a fine dry carbon fiber or shiny carbon fiber theme would be cool for the menu enhancments and colors.

4. I would like to see more memory tweaks, I usually run 32mb page pool but last night I flashed to your stock (24mb for v3 i think?) and i'm still only getting about 80mb free ram after little use, after messing with caulkins kitchen last night and having a 32mb page pool i was shocked to see 150mb free ram at reset! (this was with titanium 6.5, once i switched 6.5 to rhodium it dropped to about 140 which is still great in my book), and i know with rstoyguy roms they are usually 120-130mb free ram with my high pagepool, thats all i would like to see in terms of free ram tweakage.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm really working on the free memory issue and I've been chatting with silence about how to do that... The shared modules package I am using is designed to earmark a higher percentage of ram to be made available that is always "in use", so I did a test with a TON of stuff running for about half a day like album, touchflo music player, opera, comm manager, basically all the large scale apps were running. It pegged out around 90% program memory usage for about 6 hours but manila was still zippy and fast. I could see it slow down for certain activities but it was still completely usable.

The theme cabs change all the manila highlights, check boxes, radio buttons, volume controls, menu enhancements, and the today themes only change the selected icon background colors.

I'll take your other requests in to consideration, mostly the configuration tweaks. I guess I don't ever plan on making a totally loaded rom but I would consider making one very stripped down and leave personal customization up to the user.
