btw, do you recommend setting some of those registry hacks on cache settings? or are they fine-tuned already.

thanks again for all the great work
leave the cahce... They are actually tuned in the XIP curtousey of FPOS. he knows what he is doing with cache and is doing it on a lower level than most any tweak app will do. Its good teh way it is...

In all honesty I do not recomend any tweaks on my ROM's. I tried and tried them all and it all seemed the same to me... Thats just me though. your results will vary.

Not a lot of calls but must connects when they come in. It was really a crap shoot rather I would be able to answer incoming calls.

Also, the curtain for S2U2 was likewise difficult to use.

As always I went back to a stripped down version of the 20764. I don't know why I bother to jack with others. The 20764 is fast and works flawlessly.

Again, thanks for all your efforts.
No problem!

as far as what ROM you run...;. thats why I made a ****load.... So everyone can find the one that is right for them..... And of course th best ROM of all is the one YOU cook in my kitchen... have you tried that?

Your actually incorrect....; The first statement about 128 is correct.

You failing to releaze that VZW uses an EXTRA 32 megs of RAM for who the **** knows what..... They call it ISM. I am not familiar with it..... VZW uses 64 megs fro ISM

Sprint and all otheres use 32....

Hence a 128 diff......

Nope you were correct the first time.

someone look up ISM and tell me what it means..... I read things but still dont understand

I wanted to figure out a way to change the ISM from 64 to 32.... that would freee up 32 megs of RAM. Not even sure what it is though... Thats for the hardware guys like Bored.... Im a SYS and OEM guy... AKA OS guy...

Hell no..;. Cert errors are caused by just that. Poor signing or, corsrupt registry, bad cab. Hardly ROM related unless I hoes the security settings which I can tell you I didint. Because I never touched them ;c)

Security is ther for a reason... Not to be defeated.... But thats off topic....

When you tore the TP apart, did you figure out if the RAM was a chip that could be replaced?

I was using 1.50 with Mightys ROM yesterday and didnt have any problems.
Its the B2B SYS files (21015) which are very well... ummm.. Picky? is that a good word?

Its more than likely not S2U2 but it can be a combo of both. I weas just talkin with FPOS about issues like this. We both came to the same understanding on our own that the newer the SYS the more issues.

the 209xx builds didint play nice with older versions of SPB apps... SPB had to update to fix the issue.....

I'm not really sure what that means, but it seems to me that we are gimped more than 96MB.

Just my observations, take them for what they're worth.
Yopu sire are correct!

I just want to figur eout how to unlock that 32 megs....

Anoither thing to keep in mind is differnt chips all together...
