It seems to be working using GC's rom and qpst fix. Could it just be picking up non agps?

what's the best way to get manila after flashing the clean verizon rom? i'd love to have the verizon manila if possible.

Is anyone willing to PM me, or help with how to get the QPST fix to work on Verizon Touch Pro GC Rom? I've tried it up to the point where I've added the USB's....then when I look for a base model to use I'm not really sure what to select. I don't have SURF7500. I've tried several versions of QPSt and had no difference in luck. Thanks.

Just updated my VZ config'd Sprint TP and had no issues at all using the kitchen (as far as the original configurations were concerned). A big relief as past problems have kept me away from hard resets.

The only item I can't seem to find is the "Social Networks Engine" (even though I included it in the ROM I created).

I had the same problem you need build 301, older bulids will not work.

Bought a Sprint TP on eBay. It arrived two days later. And a couple hours after opening the box, my TP was on Verizon running a cooked ROM from GC's kitchen, with Garmin software and Google Maps/Latitude working gloriously with aGPS. Thanks GC!!!!

GC: Quick question for you. On the previous TP ROM I had, when one tapped the title bar, it brought up a series of status indicators to show items like missed calls, etc. Is there a way to enable this on your ROM (or a .cab)?

Is there GPS in this, or is something just terribly wrong with my phone?

I've had HTC Gps Tool opened to Com4 4800baud Cold Start for over 15 minutes and NOTHING come sup.
