Unfortunately I am getting a bad vibe from this new ROM. The first night I was running the 5-24 I turned the phone off to charge. Last night I left the phone on as I do much of the time. It needed a soft reset this morning, though at least it had finished charging before freezing. I'm bummed because this never happened to me on the stock Sprint ROM OR on MR5 5-8. I wonder what the problem is.

anyone else have a problem with the data connection constantly staying live? on all the previous roms i have used including the stock rom, the data arrows will go gray when data transfer has finished. since i updated last night to the 5_24 my data arrows stay active indefinitely.

this is because of the icons Mike used on this ROM, which i actually like. I use Advanced Config to shut off my data anyways, but for those of you that don't shut off your data, he has said multiple times that the data is not running. Those arrows are just staying on, but data is not running.

Dude, i soft reset a few times a day for a few days when i install a new ROM. I wouldn't be concerned over what you said. It's a great ROM for 6.5.

I'm bummed because the FIRST night I left the phone on while charging it locked up. Not only that, but it hasn't happened a single time on the stock Sprint ROM or the 5-8 MR5. I hope it never happens again.

ok i must have somehow missed that while reading through the thread again. i like being able to see when it is active. anyway to get the old icon back?

I need to go back to 5-8/9. My phone has reset a couple of times and then would start to reload the rom and autoconfig everything. I'm guessing it's a conflicting program for me between these 2. The only thing I see different with the newer one is that the Microsoft widgets are back on the phone...
