Thats really weird that it would be doing that. Since your having so much trouble updated through the PC lets try it another way ok.

1) Go to your desktop and create a new folder called MR5

2) RIGHT click on the MightyROM5_05.08.09_Herman.exe and scroll down to EXTRACT TO, left click on EXTRACT TO. Now navigate to the MR5 folder that you created on your desktop. Extract the files from the .exe there.

3) Change the Pagepool to whatever you want using the pagepool changer in the MR5 folder if you want to. Skip this if you don't want to.

4) In the MR5 folder, RIGHT click on the RUUSigned.nbh and then select RENAME. Rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh

5) Connect your Device and allow it to activesync. Select EXPLORE on the activesync screen after it connects and synchronizes. Navigate to the root folder of your SD card.

6) Copy RAPHIMG.nbh from the MR5 folder on your desktop pc to the root directory of your SD card.

7) Disconnect your device from your PC.

Put your phone into Bootloader mode by simultaneously prssing the power button, holding the down volume button and depressing the soft reboot button. Hold until you see the bootloader screen.

9) It will immediately see the ROM image in the root directory of your SD card. It will now ask you to press the POWER button to begin the flash process. Press the POWER button now.

10) Watch the flashing magic that is Mighty Rom 5. Remember to Hard reset via clear storage AFTER the new rom image flashes and then customizes..

Let me know how you make out. You'll notice this method is actually faster than doing it through your PC and you have less troubles.

ok i have Mighty ROM 4.16 on a previous HTC Touch Pro, which is now my aunts, but i am now trying to put MightyROM5 on MY personal htc touch pro, and it WON'T work for cricket!!!!!

let me make it clear so there is no confusion. the ROM DOES work on MY phone, but it doesn't let me connect to the internet on cricket or anything!

and i have ALREADY done all the PST configurations and so on, JUST like i did on the other htc touch pro, and for some reason, THIS version of mighty rom WON'T let me connect to the internet on cricket...

when i open internet explorer it DOESN'T even ask me for my damn username or password!!


also, where can i get this so called, Mighty Rom 4/R3Born??

There is several things to think about in this..

1. I believe Microsoft has said they hoping the Windows Phone 6.5 build 21501 would be the last build before it is released.. So as for the latest build of windows the April 25th is the newest..

2. If your going by MightyRom release May 8th is the newest Rom release but it uses an older version of Windows Phone 6.5. It uses 21222 because it is a more stable/faster build..

3. Both May 8th and April 25th release can use the Windows Phone 6.5 default interface or Touchflo3d ..

Lordshadowz thanks for the help, but I followed the instructions to a T. When it goes into to boot loader screen, it is not pulling up the image from the root of the SD card.

On the top of the screen it says security unlocked

Hey I have a question!

I'm on Mighty5 and it's f.ck.ng a-mazing! I've been showing it off to all my friends and everything, lol.

My question though, is can you tweak as much things as you could with Mighty 4.16?

On mighty 4.16 I ran TouchFlo and such, and did a lot of changes to the font, color, locks, sliders, backrounds, clocks, and a lot more!

But now I use the Windows Mobile themes and I really like Mighty Red. Just wondering though, can I still use GODZSON's Fonts? And how can I get cool tabs? The ones I have now are a little plain/boring. Especially the clock, and I have no weather

I did search, but it came up with a lot of threads about people simply talking about them, and no real answers to my questions or even cab files to test them out.

Any help would be appreciated! btw noobtastic here. (wow, "noobtastic" is apparently a word because I didn't get a spelling error red line under it, haha!)

That all looks right. It will say serial if not connected to the PC. And it looks like it is unlocked.

However.. The bootloader screen is designed to bypass a lot of problems. If its not seeing the rom image, then you either you do not have the rom image named properly or you do not have it in the root directory of the SD card.

Thats the ONLY reason it would not see the image. No matter what it should see the image. Please check to make sure you have it right. when you renamed the image make sure you didn't rename it RAPHIMG.nbh.nbh

I did that once hehe when I wasn't paying attention.

Click on my TF3D mods in my signature. They all work on Mighty Rom 5. I'm currently working on full titanium mods. It's slow going though...

EDIT- Oh and GODZSON's Fonts work fine !
