I don't think any rom will ever include radio upgrade...it is a totally separate upgrade...

gps is not working on my sprint mighty 5 rom im on 1x it was working fine on mighty rom 416 any one else having this issue

As mentioned already, it has TF3d v1, but disabled by default, to enable it just go into your Today items and uncheck Windows Default and check TF3d
