You can use your old applications, but you have to reload them. Look into Sashimi once you start to figure things out a little bit more.. it will make installing all your programs a lot easier.

yes the battery does suck, but these custom roms and an upgraded radio will certainly help. welcome to the forums and READ EVERYTHING before you jump in to something. you will learn a lot very quickly

Thanks Piranah & Lordhelmet.

I will read through the tutorials first, I got caught up in the excitement tonight when I saw that this was being released.

I have been reading the different reports here for the last few weeks and just happened to come online tonight and found that mighty rom5 was being released and got pumped and was going to load it.

I was able to download the rim at least. I will read some more then load this tomorrow. You know how it is just was ready to jump in with both feet. I know better thou. It's always better to prepare for the worst and expect the best. I have a folder set on my desktop for the ruu to unlock and will do some more reading.

Thanks go out to Mike and Rico

Cheers,
azbobs

Anyone reccomend any mb of the mr5? 16 is default so im just leaving like that at the moment. 24 seemed type slow, 16 is much faster. Also how can i make my program on the top left when i tap it so it can scroll down and not show me a diff menu on my screen like the previous wm6.1?

Got the software, but still. When I set it on TF3D it crops part of the picture, and when I set it on Windows Default Background it shows most of the picture, but not the whole screen for the background. It's like if the last 1/4 of the screen is covered with the top of the picture... Hope you know what I mean. I am really getting frustrated over these damn BGs!!! lol thanx for the help to bro.
