Correct - but I like adding soft reset in my Start menu and then it's quicker... less clicks.

I am sorry - but I am very frustrated with the provisioning for hotmail... or probably I ahven't looked hard enough. I hear conflicting answeres abnd threads which I loose track of myself in - do i need OEMizer ? or do I need exchange settings etc etc ?

Is there a simple xml file (with actual username and pwd taken off, of course) that someone has that I can put in my sd auto config to get Hotmail setup ?

You had mentioned email.xml, and I hoped to get a copy if that was easy enough for you... as it hasn't been easy for me to get Hotmail setup...
