Did you un-lock?.......if so then force bootloader manually and it will flash...

Ya I recomend doing that, I do it every time, hold power + volume down, and then press the reset with the stylus, don't let go of the vol and power until you see the tri-color bar...

That is if you are Hard SPL unlocked....

unlock as in unlock my phone?? nah i never did that, never knew the benefits of it so i never bothered..
there a link on how to do that? hope is pretty easy
