I didn't know that... where would those UC settings be ? definitely not on my SDAutoConfig file... is there another place for taht config file ?

not sure how this works, but i know that google-maps reinstall itself after a hard reset without SD card. perhaps mighty can look into this. the only problem would be, if the person who took the phone knows about these systems, they can unstall it through settings.

This rom has already all latest tweaks. PP is at 24mb.I doubt that you ll see any difference if you make 32 so just keep it at 24

I tried Crossler's, and Juicy's (I have not tried JD's newest or Juggalo's, but I have tried them before)...they were all nice, but lacking in features and software...
