thanks razor sorry about that

one last problem
my program mem is at 55 and even on the sprint rom it never went over 40

mighty6 is still quicker.
but lags way more than when i first flashed it :/

"first flashed it" is probably the key words there. Give it a few days and a few soft resets and see how it works.

I've been testing this since 9/10 and I like it alot. Even the most basic things, like sliding the keyboard out without worry of the phone app coming up or losing the screen im in are nice.

So I'm on the final MR6. So far so good. Got MSVC installed and it seems to work. Having one issue with notifications. If I have a new message, I get the envelope icon on the taskbar like I always have. But if I go in and read the messages, it doesn't go away even if there are no unread messages. To clear it, I must tap the task bar then tap the envelope icon, wait for the WM notification on the bottom to pop up then click view (or dismiss). I sometimes read new e-mails this way, which gets rid of the envelope, but I don't always check my new messages that way. Has anyone else noticed this?

The only other weird thing I noticed is when I click Youtube, the big globe lights up as if I clicked it instead. I don't remember that happening but Youtube opens just fine anyway.

Oh, and if I slide to landscape mode in Youtube, I get a black screen while browsing videos. I'm having trouble remembering if it did that before or not but just something I noticed. Not a big deal.

Tried a few other ROM's over the last few weeks, and eventually came back to Mighty ROM.
Most stable and snappiest ROM I've personally tried.
Won't be leaving any time soon either.

But I have to ask, how do I get the SMS character count back?

It's not even there anymore, and I searched for the terms "character" and "count" in this thread, but to no avail.

Any clues anybody?

I don't recall however be advised that that counter is widely believed to be the reason text input is laggy. It calculates how many characters left slowing down the input, so you might consider leaving it off especially since even if you go over they'll still receive the whole message just divided up.
