Pagepool changer comes in the rar file you got when you got the rom. Run it and browse to the ruu_signed.nbh. Open it and you will see it's set to 24. Select 6 and hit the set button. Then exit and flash the rom.

b4 u flash - in the folder that the ruu_signed.nbh comes in the is a file called "page pool changer" open it, select the rom you are flashing change it to 6. the reason is the verizon phones have less memory then sprint etc. also you might want to disable the phone dialer.

Not right now. After you get up and running on the rom, you can try and change the radio, although on VZW, I had good luck with the stock radio.
