Different places = different results with radios. Try them all and see which one works better for you.

Question before I make the leap to 6.5: Will all the programs I had installed on 6.1 function correctly?

The only things Iv found that wont work on 6.5 is
DredSensor and the free version of g-alarm
but the newer paid versions of g-alarm work fine

Re: [July 7th, 2009] MightyROM6 -- www.MightyROM.com

I'm having trouble with e-mail auto completion.

It seems to lock up the system as it tries to auto complete. I am on exchange.

Actually, right now the whole phone seems to be locked up after I tried typing the first two letters of a recipient. This is the FIRST time I have had a problem like this since using MR5 and it honestly is a serious deal breaker. I am sad. I also think I am SOL because I doubt there's a fix. I have the standard EZinput installed...I preferred MR5 5-8 for the way it did auto complete and I also miss HTC notifications. I KNEW not including a keyboard would cause me nothing but problems.

EDIT: Alright I soft reset. When I type letters in the To box, it brings up names but when I click the correct one, it basically corrupts the text field. I CANNOT send new e-mails with this rom because of this. This is pretty bad...a very basic feature. I probably need to mess around with a different SIP. Maybe I'll try that Finger one that people seem to love. I complained when I heard MR5 5-24 had no SIP and Mike defended his decision thinking that people can install whichever. Why wouldn't it work, right? People use different SIPs, right? Yeah well, stuff doesn't work like that - Mike should know. A perfect ROM doesn't exactly build itself.
