Re: [ ROM ] [ CDMA ] [ HERMAN ] [ 05.28.09 ] [ Windows® Build 21725 ] MightyROM5

Setting the PP to 24 does make it faster (for me on a Sprint TP) but does it really sacrifice battery life? Not too concerned about storage space

I'm on verizon and I remember someone saying don't go above 12 with the V:TP. I believe because its what was causing the "out of memory" error in youtube and opera.

Can anyone verify this? Because if it can easily go higher I'll do it and flash to MR5 now instead of reborn.

I have loaded the Latest MightyRom 5 to my Touch Pro and want to go back to the last version of MightyRom 4.5 (I think). I tried flashing the 4.5 ROM but it would not allow it. Does anyone know the best way of downgrading to 4.5?

Thanks,
Brad

I think that you shouldn't go above 8 or 12 with the Verizon TP, but I think I've seen people run it with 6MB PPs. Above 12 you'll start getting a bunch of out of memory errors.

Isn't 4.5 a Diamond ROM? Are you sure you have the right version?

I've been thinking about the effect of the PP on battery for a while.
I'd like to know this too.
