Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

The HTC volume control worked for me out of the box and so did the WM6.5 slide to answer/ignore, WITH TF3D enabled.

In the dialer, if I press a number to call up that T9 letter, if I scroll down, when I get to the bottom, the contacts sort of begin to draw incorrectly. I believe this is a known issue but I just want to confirm it.

The only remaining thing I can think of is the RSS reader. Still can't scroll RSS items. It just selects text. The headers scroll just fine. Like others, I can't wait for a more official build of WM6.5 because this is the future. WM6.1 is done.

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

does anyone know of some programs that i can use to edit the WM6.5 home/today page in mighty rom 5. Not the touch flo, but the WM 6.5. Id like to customize, add/edit tabs on that screen. I have titanium weather just wondering if there was something else i could use to customize the home screen.

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

Hello everyone, I just picked up my Touch Pro the other day and I'm really like the phone. Anyway I did a little research and choose to unlock my phone and install a new ROM. I choose Mighty ROM 5. I unlocked the phone and installed the ROM just fine. Phone works good. My question is how do I add a different theme to the phone. I had been flashing the phone unsing my computer and I'm running Windows Vista 64bit. I'm really new to this and really need someone to spell it out for me. There is a lot of information in these forums and it makes really difficult to search through and find the information I'm looking for. Thanks guys!! Also I'm running WM 6.1. and really like the themes at the beginning of this thread.

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

I am also new and know your pain...

Installing the themes from the beginning of the thread is pretty easy. I went with the blue theme. All you have to do is DL which one you want, transfer the DL'd .cab file to your phone and run it. I think it will restart your device etc. You also may have to go to start>setting>today>items tab and check TouchFlo 3d.

Im also perty new at this so there is a chance i might have made a mistake in my directions... but if you figured out how to unlock and flash the rom, themes is pretty easy! and good choice going with mighty. great rom, and lots of people out there with answers to your questions.

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

The last two people needing help with themes and such in the titanium home screen (wm6.5).

Download this and follow the instructions:

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=506951

It's still a little buggy but if you play around with it a little, you'll get what you want.

If not what you need, search that forum for something along the lines of titanium themes. I know they have a bunch of plug and play themes there on their own thread.

By the way, give it some time. XDA seems to be down right now. Anyone else having that problem?

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

I've been having major battery porblems. I've been reading and seeing that many of us are having battery drain problem, some arn't. I installed Cody's battery and performance hack to try and increase battery life but no luck with that... I actualy un-installed it because it seemed my battery was draining quicker.

If I leave my batter at 100% and go to bed, in the morning I'll have 2 bars left and just 30 mins of use will go to 1 bar and tell my batt is low then quickly shut down after that. On the stock ROM it would take forever to drain the power all the way where the notification comes up a good few times to tell you your battery is dead.

I don't mean to go on and on, just putting down all the thoughts I've collected over this. I really love this ROM and wanna keep using it but the battery is really setting me back cause I bring a charger with me everywhere I go.

Lemme know if anyone has any ideas... Thanks

Great ROM by the way.

Re: [ROM] [MAY.08.09] [[MightyROM5]] Windows® Phone

I manually kill data connection when not using it and it is saving a great deal of battery power. My phone came off of a charge at 5AM this morning and now, at 1:20 PM it is still at 90%. I've made a few calls and checked email twice.

Other than that, I am also very diligent about pushing the power button to shut down display as soon as I am done using it.
