There's also one where the Phone comes up, with the number pad and all, and it keeps typing 7 into it. I exit it by clicking the X, and it pops back up with another 7 dialed. Pretty strange.

Fortunately, I made a full SPB Backup of my 4.16 setup. So after I flash back to 4.16 and hard reset, I can return to my 4.16 setup very easily. This works doesn't it? The backup was made on a 4.16 ROM, and will be restored on a 4.16 ROM. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

your gonna experience this problem on every rom with that xtract game, its made for the xperiaa and is real buggy on the touch pro. It has 0 % to do with the rom. when exiting the game exit through the game and not buy task manager or hitting the home button, or all that **** ya just explained will happen, exactly what happened. exiting through the game you will still get the dial pad popping up saying 7s but just hit home from that point on and your good.

id stay with m5 because 4.16 will do the same, its the game.

Ah yes, I suspected it could've been the game. I tried exiting through the game, but I got a text notification and the bug kicked in from there.

Aside from this, I haven't been completely happy with MR5. I found myself soft-resetting many times a day, while with 4.16 I never needed to. Sometimes the sound would stop working with MR5, the infamous laggy keyboard, and other things, too. I'm sure there are people running it with no problems at all, but everyone's phone is different, and problems occured on mine.

this is true, if 4.16 works for you, then sweet.

4.13 then 4.16 was my first custom roms and mighty mikes have always been the most stable out there for me (tried a few). luckily my one and i mean only minor problem is jumbled letters while in the dial pad scrolling through call log. (a known issue). other than that is solid for me.

I'm surprised you had to soft reset so often, I'm assuming you hard resetted after flashing the rom?

Yup, I always hard reset after flashing. Also, my Opera Mobile crashed a couple times the very first time I opened it up. I'm happy to be back to the 4.16, but I'm also glad that MR5 has been working almost flawlessly for some of you guys.

Re: [April 25th, 2009] (((((MightyROM5))))) Windows Phone® 21501 Build 21501

I'm loving this ROM!

I just have one issue. For some reason i am no longer able to download large files, whether it is with Internet Explorer, Opera, or RSS Hub.

I usually download Podcasts with RSS Hub and for some reason now the entire podcast is no longer downloading when it is a large file. Is there something I have to change in the registry that will allow the phone to have more temporary memory or something so that I can download the Podcasts and other files without a problem?

Just wondering if someone could help. Definitely enjoying this ROM otherwise, keep up the great work!

Thanks,

~J

Does MightyRom5 still include the battery meter program like 4.16 had? I've installed nuePowerCPL in the mean time, but I liked the simple display of battery meter more and how I was able to launch it from programs instead of |Settings|power?
