So yeah, I just flashed the last Calkulin ROM I had on my SD card and it's the 23071 build. Sorry, lots of flashing and different builds the past few days. Got confused...

calk, any info on when can we see a manila 2.5 VGA (currently being ported at xda) flavor or rom Or in the kitchen? i'm desperate to test 2.5!

I just checked out that XDA site for manila 2.5. I hadn't heard about that before. I tried another extremely beta 2.5 a few months back and it was virtually unusable on all levels. I thought all work on porting it VGA had stopped. This is great news! It looks gorgeous.

Packages have only been released to a few people, i.e. Indagroove and JMZ. I'm working on rebuilding one....but I haven't gotten it working yet. Once they are publicly released, I'm sure Calk will be adding it to his kitchen.

You guys can give it a shot. I tried it and was NOT impressed. Still very buggy and was not a good experience. It really does nothing to make the phone more useful.
I think that if someone would just come up with a clock that would display weather a la sense everyone would stop asking about 2.5.

Just my informed .02.

The newest version of 2.5 is pretty impressive.

Well that would be Sense 2.1 which in the process of being ported by a follower of the GenY Thread. Yoz won't start an actual port until its released in a Sotck Rom.

Can anyone confirm if this ROM is Sashimi compliant..most roms give me a .net framework error when i do a tiered install.. Thanks.. kinda suck to have to manually do each cab every flash, LOL

The GenY Manila (2.1) will feature the Weather clock in the 2.0 Evolution release (Yoz's release number not the Manila version number) but Yoz was waiting for a less buggy version to port (pretty much the same thing that is holing up the 2.5 port as well)

The 2.5 version for CDMA is the same one I tried from EDTP. Looks good but VERY buggy. The one on XDA which says "WWE FINAL" is for GSM. If everyone is so anxious to try it then just go to:
