After testing i am compelled to say that this is a great piece of work(v1.3) Issue/problems
Sprint v1.3 -

*PowerDeck shows Mogul
heres the Touch Pro Power Deck line "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint PPC6850SP (from Sprint MP6950SP )

* World Card Mobile (and JetSet) not to be found on the Full v1.3
* Opera - this version I've been seeing alot of chefs take down.. FlashLite3.1 wont load on this version for some reason(i.e youtube)
in Opera "enable plugins" never stays ticked.

Delete Suggestions
-voice command (takes up memory, unless disabled/
-transcriber/keyboard/leter recognizer/block recognizer
-Windows Live (still opens up Opera mobile..innefficient imo)

Figured i'd give some feedback, as i believe this ROM has the best potential.

Anyway.. have you tried the ie8 yet with the 6.5... ? Do you think it worth flashing too. i manage to build a clean rom with 1.3.1 ( finally know the difference) and with the kitchen conflipper posted up.. I don't use slide to answer. No haven't used ie8. And if your phone is set up the you want it, then why change it...you should completely 'READ' the ins and outs of 6.5 before 'YOU' decide if you want to flash.

so far I have flashed 1.31 several times and it seems great. I really like the black s2a with curtain, works great so far. I noticed that the youtube app breaks after installing coreplayer and I also noticed with erice's latest, mightymikes latest and Caulkin's latest that most programs do not show up in remove programs dialog, they do show up in activesync add/remove programs and if I run the original cab, let it uninstall and then cancel before install that it will uninstall fine.

If you are talking about the calendar tab? then you would be correct. The calendar tab doesn't do anything but that is not just on calcu's rom.

I have been using the black S2A and have not had a problem with it at all.

Hey calcu, and anyone for that matter. Can you confirm if sports mode on camera is crashing/locking up the camera? I almost never use camera but I tried a couple times today and it starts to take pictures then stops and none of the pictures exist. I have to hit the home soft key to get it out of the camera mode.

I can confirm issues with the Camera on Calcu's v1.3 ROM.

*Camera freezes sometimes(GPS photo works though :]
*"Roaming Only" option searches for signal forever.
* Automatic -B works for roaming fine
*I noticed my system has been idling at 50% memory on the ROM(run after flash a few hours, no extra apps installed)

and a question, by looking at the RAM avail. Can anyone confirm this uses the lowest page pool possible (4 RAM i think , zero value x 4 )

Calcu uses a 0 mb PP for all of his roms.

been running a rom from 1.3.1 and for the past few hours it seems great but the youtube app is still broken. thought it had something to do with core player but it doesn't. still throws a cannot play this video error even on a bare roman before core is installed. when core is installed youtube plays fine but it just isn't near as good as the dedicated app

I can confirm that I am occasionally getting "cannot play this video" in youtube. This could be related to the d3d drivers being a module. Calcu mentioned there were problems with making d3d drivers as modules with Youtube but he was trying to see if the new version would have problems. I am not sure this is the problem but I will cook a new rom without the d3d drivers as modules and see if I continue to get this.

That said, a work around that has worked for me is to try a soft reset and then try playing a Youtube video. This has worked for me very well so far.
