the best dialer to use with manila 2.1 is the tachi dialer... the wm dialer does fine with any WM version with or without manila. the regular htc dialer has been reported to have issues with the latest builds of WM6.5.1 and perhaps wm6.5.

as for me the tachi dialer and build 23420 work just fine

just remember that SPB Mobile Shell is shareware and that you need to purchase a key if you plan on using it beyond the 15 day trial.

I enjoy this new rom. I have a problem though in that I'm experiencing major battery drain and wifi-router isn't staying on consistantly
