If you are using HTC task manager I believe that "close on tap X" doesn't work. It defaults to minimize and don't think it can be changed. Do you have Showcase installed and running?

Lumos did that to me too. I just reinstalled the v10rc2 cab and it's working just fine now.
note: I've also found it helpful to disable "Auto Detect Light" in Settings->System->Power->Backlight Tab BEFORE I install Lumos.

HTC TaskManager was put back in and Showcase+ShowcaseSuite was taken out of the 9-28 ROMs. I installed it and all is well.

hey guys, just found this milling around and i placed it in the ext/shared folder. I unchecked the twonsen 3 battery and task bar and enabled this one. It cooks in well and it also keeps the nice drop down notifications. It is an awesome task bar and ALL the icons are color even the bluetooth stereo-nice red headphones!! IT WILL ONLY WORK WITH 23053!!!!! I didn't install the screenshot app, or id post a pic, but I think ya'll will like it-its a change.

23053 is part of the com3 versions of wm which is supposed to be the more stable version of 6.5.1 and 23414 is part of the com4 which is more of a test version, when things work fine in the 234xx version they put it in the 230xx versions, atleast that is what I hear.

I've heard both are pretty stable but 23053 seems a bit more stable.
