23053 is part of the com3 versions of wm which is supposed to be the more stable version of 6.5.1 and 23414 is part of the com4 which is more of a test version, when things work fine in the 234xx version they put it in the 230xx versions, atleast that is what I hear.

I've heard both are pretty stable but 23053 seems a bit more stable.

Yeah, love the kitchen with its flexibility and updates. I was having the same problem running build 6.1/21055 and getting the world clock/alarm to work from the touchflo home screen. I made a very limited rom with only the basics plus manila 2.1 (version 1.5), plus manila engine 2.1 for tachi plus a tachi dialer plus a clock type and with only those added packages, the world clock/alarm is fixed!

When it wasn't working, I must have had added something that interfered with the touchflo home screen. Now that I have it working, I will add things and make sure it works until I figure out what was interfering. I hope this strategy helps you too.

The Enable Manila Start Menu doesn't seem to work. It disables the Program Tab, but doesn't change the start menu. I've seen this mentioned in previous post, but haven't seen a fix.

Anybody knows is it possible to use RunCC to install cabs fron SD?Its like an autorun only designed for wm 6.5.I like this app because I can customize the background image.
Here is a sample that works for windows directory(when cabs added to .nbh)
control block/runcc.lua looks like this:

end

config_PT.txt looks like this:

CAB: \WINDOWS\PT_BackLightOn.CAB

I tryed to add this command

if chk == 1 then
runcc.addrun("RunCustomer", "run", "\\Storage Card\\MyCabs.txt")
end

Created MyCabs.txt and put it to my SD card.And of course it didnt worked lol

Nevermind,I figured it out.I forgot to redirect mycabs.txt to windows\config.txt


Also is there any way to skip time and date setup after screen alignment?

my only complaint is that the system font. like in the pop up menus and such. its too small for my taste. and this eats my battery just as bad if not worse the energy rom. other than that i love it. im sticking with this one for a while

Does anyone else have a problem with the themes and the new ui. If I change themes then the buttons disappear.....

Make sure you are selecting enlarge start menu as that is a requirement for manila start in 6.1 For 6.5, i dont believe it works unless you use e-natives solutions and modify a reg key

Only certain Themes will work on 6.5.1....most of the themes are made for 6.5 and they aren't setup for the button at the bottom.

That's because manila still points to the upper left hand corner for the start menu, so if you click there, it will show up. If your using Showcase Suite, use these cabs and it will fix it so that clicking on the lower start button brings up the manila start menu

ANYWAY TO KEEP THE PHONE IS LANDSCAPE MODE WHEN YOU SLIDE THE KEYBOARD IN AND OUT. ALWAYS DEFAULTS TO PORTRAIT EVEN WHEN GOING INTO USER SETTINGS..
