Thanks, you've gotta be right. It's got to be an error I made with those packages.
I must have gone back into those folders and picked a couple random things and re-filed (module->file) a couple things because This ROM I'm using has them as modules. Maybe I re-filed the exe's, I can't remember. I was just really, really lucky on my first cooking.

Do you know if Calk's kitchen can do this or is there a version for our devices? It's the "Rebuild" part I'm interested in cause I would really like to dissect my own ROM (haha, self-pwn)

A temporary fix would be to go to the startmenu click on the system tools folder and uninstall the htc dialer. It will take you back to the normal dialer where the keypad always shows. I guess we will have to wait for v4 kitchen for a real fix.

Re: [ 10-3 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

I just got a new laptop that has bluetooth. I can't seem to pair my Pro with the computer on a cooked rom from Calks kitchen, if anyone has had sucess let me know. Also, are there any applications I might be missing to make this easier? Any help would be appreciated.

I've never had a problem pairing my phone to my laptop or any other device for that matter with Calks kitchen. I would imagine you would need all of the BT items to be True in the SYS and OEM. I've never made any of them false before so I'm not sure how it would affect pairing. Hope it helped.

That just tells you how to take a dump of your rom (.raw files from a dump) and insert your own xip and rebuild them into a nbh, I don't think that's what you want. If you've built a rom with VK there's no way to neatly dump it back into all the packages you used as far as I know. Did you try converting those modules back to files?

Re: [ 10-3 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

All I can say is... wow! I just love your v3 kitchen, Calk. I've been flashing NRGz roms for a while now, but the urge to customize and use 6.5.1 took over, and now I'm completely hooked. Donation on its way.

Question: how do I add xml provisioning (exchange server) & registry customizations? Afraid I'm quite a noob with this kind of stuff...

Use OEMizer (included with the kitchen) to create an OEM with your custom settings, and then use the OEM to EXT converter (attached) to make an EXT of it.
