Re: [ 9-27 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

Ok, so I'm running 23414/9-27 and have been upgrading every couple/three days to stay current. My question is this - my TP is a Verizon one and I have looked at the showcase thing and am not sure at all what it does. Does anyone have a screenshot of it in action as well as instructions (meaning a sentence to two) on how to use it, what it does, etc.?

I have mobile shell and in order to fix your problem do not install position fix and if you did remove it. Then go to windows/startup and delete the shortcut to start showcase suite then restart your phone.

That worked on my touch pro and my wife's touch diamond...

Re: [ 9-27 ][ v3 ][ 6.5.1 / 6.5 / 6.1 ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

This is the great rom.

Thanks.

PS
One issue I have with 9-24 and 9-27 roms is that Music Library takes too long to open and then often it freezes the phone requiring manual reboot.
Any Ideas?

THansk

you could probably have searched for this and found a better answer, but ShowCase is basically an upgrade Task Manager. It helps in closing programs and if you hold the "start button", the showcase interface comes up and lets you view any open programs if you are multi-tasking.

is anyone having a memory leak problem ? When I just leave the phone I can see the memory usage climbing, right now I have 110 M in use, 92%.
After I do a soft reset, 86 M in use

Additionally: I coudn't find a way to make 6.5 widgets work on the 9-24 23053 ROM. I don't think any of the wmwidgetengine is built into the ROM.
Has anyone tried/succeeded getting them to work on the 9-27 23053 ROM. That should be the one and only cab file to get them working
I'm thinking it was an IE6 error, like the "blank page" thing, but I'm trying not to dive into the VK right now. I got alot to do.
HOW DO I FIX IT
