It just gives you soft-keys that do the same thing as the hardware keys. You can get a cab for it here at XDA.

Go there and look at post 2, you don't need to install anything but the backgrounds, you can also create your own but i just used one i found there to make the text more readable.

I already had some of the backgrounds and loaded the blue looking tree, but it didnt really work right, then i had a problem when hitting start and all the icons were merged together.. did a hard reset got everyhthing working iwth the default background but then I install Sashimi (which is essential for me) and Sashimi install froze in middle then restartd, seemed ok, but when I started to use 'auto' from there, it froze again. Then I had some other issues and felt, it's 130am and need to get to bed but i need a working phone for work so i went back to Energy from 8/11 which is so far the best 2.1 yet and stable. I definitely will try this again once a little more stable. Looks very good.

I believe thats a feature of the newest version of 6.5 floating around.
I could be wrong it may be an app but just about all the newest 6.5 roms I have seen have that.

Nice to see Cal back! Visual Kitchen will be great once I learn it!

Anyone notice that in Manila 2.1, you cant dial your contacts from there? Also, when creating your card from the people tab, and it asks you to select a picture, it lockes up whether you choose facebook or camera.

You have to be using tachi dialer to dial a contact from 2.1

thats not a feature of wm6.5, its an app someone created, ive used just about all 6.5 builds and none o fthem have this

you need tachi phone canvas to dial out of manila 2.1, you might need the facebook engine also for this to work, not sure if its included and also htc contact card

Thanks Bike, I did not select the Tachi dialer. Thanks for the info. I did not notice an option in this kitchen to select a facebook engine. I downloaded the rom already created by Calk and I still wasn't able to select facebook on the HTC contact card feature to select a Pic. Using Psyki's rom, I selected facebook or camera with no problem. It freezes witht Calks.

no problem. Yeah try using the facebook engine, its needed for manila to work properly

just downloaded the teaser rom and it looks nice.....i might have missed it but it looks like the sms count was removed from this one (it wasnt in teh v2 rom). Also i noticed that the auto complete wasnt working (at least not for me) in portrait or landscape (ABC or T9) Both of these were working in V2....does anyone know how i maybe able to get them back? THanks

PS. I just tried the both Teaser ROMS and neither had GPS working...not complaining but didnt see anyone else say anything so i just wanted to mention/report it.
