I wasn't aware of that... Prompted by this post: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...&postcount=833

Re: [ Coming soon ] Calkulin's Visual HTC Kitchen & ROMs

21921 was the best base build i found, no memory leaks, Start Menu scrolls all the way to the bottom, After changing a setting in Options it goes back to the remaining options instead of the Home Screen. It also has that enlarged "TO:" in the texts and enlarged Calender options. It works very well with Manila 2.1 Gen-Y, there are some things lacking though, which are

-Start Menu Icon move ability
-Tapered Screen edges from 21925 build
-Start Menu on the bottom Taskbar / X Button on the bottom taskbar
-Finger Swipe Visible Menus instead of Tabs when in Power Options etc.
-Enhanced Default Microsoft Phone SIP (with rounder finger friendlier buttons)

It'd be awesome if we could intergrate these UI improvements into one solid ROM. We know now that its official that the 21xxx branch is the Gold RTM Windows Phone 6.5 Builds, and 23xxx builds are considered beta once again as they are incrimental test builds toward 6.5.1 TBR later in the year or early 2010

have you tried the 23409 build yet? IMO its the most stable 6.5.1 build yet and its from the new com4 branch [the official wm 6.5.1 branch]

right now, 23045 is the latest build, it has even more UI tweaks, 23409 seems to be a little faster for me, but not by much.
